Asked for a SHAKEN ESPRESSO. & was given just plain iced coffee. If you’re an espresso drinker you know the difference. I didn’t even bother to have them remake it bc it would be pointless. This location sucks

worst dunkin location. i swear they put three times the recommended amount of cream and sugar even when you beg them for less. you will also never get napkins and your food will probably be upside down in the bag

This is outrageous how they never have certain foods after a certain time which is ridiculous since they are open 24hrs everything should be sold !! I’ve gone multiple times and I’m always told they don’t have what I want , I’m not one to complain about the service but it has come to my attention they just won’t wanna make it. Please change the night team.

I ordered coffee and muffins at this location for the last few days while visiting my family in Lake View. The line was never long and the drive-thru people are super polite and efficient. Like my coffee with extra milk and they always got it right!

you guys need to fix your drive thru menu LIGHTS! can barely see anything(bad eyesight) looks like yous forgot about it and let it get broken down. an eyesore for sure.

We always order the $6 deal from this location. It has been pretty consistent. It gotta be someone new today, he first told us it can only came with bagel, but we can always get the sausage croissant. But we got bacon. Man it was so dry and tastes bad
