Drive through design is so weird and creates traffic. Went inside instead and they almost forgot my 4 donuts, I asked for sausage egg croissant and they gave me bacon, and they forgot to add my syrup to my iced coffee. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION, WASTE OF TIME !!!!

Super friendly staff. Generous and kind. My car broke down right outside in the snow and they were super helpful to myself and my daughter. They gave her ice cream while the manager and another team member helped me push my car out of the way while we waited for a tow truck. Thank you guys.

They have a great sourdough toasted bread egg sandwich with two eggs, cheese and bacon. The coffee is good also. The price is a little high and I guess I just have to accept our changing times.

Asked for a SHAKEN ESPRESSO. & was given just plain iced coffee. If you’re an espresso drinker you know the difference. I didn’t even bother to have them remake it bc it would be pointless. This location sucks
worst dunkin location. i swear they put three times the recommended amount of cream and sugar even when you beg them for less. you will also never get napkins and your food will probably be upside down in the bag

This is outrageous how they never have certain foods after a certain time which is ridiculous since they are open 24hrs everything should be sold !! I’ve gone multiple times and I’m always told they don’t have what I want , I’m not one to complain about the service but it has come to my attention they just won’t wanna make it. Please change the night team.

I ordered coffee and muffins at this location for the last few days while visiting my family in Lake View. The line was never long and the drive-thru people are super polite and efficient. Like my coffee with extra milk and they always got it right!
