There was only one girl working and she was handling the bunch of customers like a boss. Props to her.
(They should have at least 1 more worker tho)

I walked in today 06/20 around noon and the worker a lady (with tattoos) didn’t bother to greet me nor ask me if I needed help after standing by the counter. She was working on another order. A mobile order, but it shouldn’t take me as the customer to walk up to her to ask her to take my order. She was also on the phone using an ear piece and couldn’t comprehend what I was saying.

HOW DARE YOU INSULT THE FEMALE WORKER AFTER ANSWERING YOUR PERSONAL PHONE IN THE MIDDLE OF TAKING MY ORDER. The owner/ manager of this store is extremely rude, disrespectful and thinks he is better than everyone else including his employees, assuming that’s why he made a public display of his staff member serving the wrong coffee. All the while deciding to answer his personal phone mid order. When I told him he was being rude not only to his staff member but to me THE CUSTOMER, he literally told me “I’m the GM here I don’t care about what you say”. I had a take out order and was in here for 5 minutes and the amount of sheer disrespect this guy showed was unfathomable. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE TO SOMEONE WHO APPRECIATES THERE CUSTOMERS AND STAFF.

Dietary restrictions: Starting a Diet, Dunkin' sandwich is something I feel comfortable eating but will still keep me in my dietary plan.
Kid-friendliness: Having three picky children, I find that Dunkin sandwiches ? is something I don't have a problem having them finish .
