So sad..... they don't use gloves and the guy who made my order charged me and made my coffee without washing his hands or Hand Sanitizer... I hope they can do something about it.. 3 stars only services was ok

Why do I always have to stand there and watch the staff when ordering ice cream products! Its either the cups are too small and I have caramel all on the sides and or I get my toppings wrong. No excuse for you! And my wife ordered a milkshake and it was all liquid today. she never ordered a milk drink!!

Worst Dunkin’ ever. Took me 30 minutes to get a cold brew which ended up being iced coffee from yesterday. Iced coffee is not cold brew, but the people who work here thought I couldn’t tell the difference

This place is HORRIBLE. They messed up my smoothie and when the manager went to make me a new one HE SPIT IN IT. Everybody in line was absolutely disgusted! He told me to take it or leave, no refunds. You could also smell the alcohol on his breath from a mile away. I have reported the manager and this location to corporate, as well as the BBB. I will also be sending the video to local news! DO NOT GO HERE.

Poor staff and poor management. They should learn how to respect customers. I purchased coffee and has brown, and asked the cashier for restroom. He simply said out of order. It’s not right both men’s and women’s restrooms were out of order.

They have a guard hanging out inside to boot your car if you dare to hang out outside of the parking lot’s fence for a second to say hi to a friend with your fresh coffee in hand. The guard does not speak a word of English and will evade your questions. You will find yourself having to wait for an agent.
They always get my order right at this location. The staff is always courteous. Any time I ever had an issue with an order they made sure to fix it and make it right.

They have overcharged me at this location on multiple occasions. When I confront them they always try to give me a donut rather than a refund. I truly believe they do this on purpose and hope you don’t notice. Manager has zero customer service skills. Bathrooms are out of order on a regular basis and if open often out of toilet paper.

Went there with my old dunking cup with more than hall full cup ( coffee ) was cold requested for a refill. At the counter, person name SURYA, claimed to be the manager, said that I can not refill or reheat you coffee, you are cheap, and starting yelling at me.
