So I order breakfast from this location and then they dragging with my order then wen I pick up my Order nothing ready but wen I open it it’s sloppy PREP and very cold very disappointed

Went there for 1st time. Two employees sitting by the entrance chatting. I thought they were customers and realized they're employees. Mind you, it doesn't bother me that if it's slow that staff sits and chat. However, the floors were muddied, the counter top was messy and napkins were all over. So, my thought process, if you have time to lean you have time to clean. You can chat and clean. Then behind the counter they kept talking to each other until I finally said, are you ready to take my order? She was like yes with an attitude. Placed my order and we walked out. The donuts are delish but it's unfortunate that staff chooses to let the business look untidy and behave unprofessionally. This is how you lose customers. I hope the owner talks to them about it and they leave their personal issues at the door and focus on being present at work.

Second time I place an order of two of the same kind of sandwich and they only deliver one. If the item quantity says two, make and deliver two. No one pays attention to the actual order they just want you out of there as soon as possible

Great Dunkin'. They had some rocky road but since year they have amazing smiling team and there is zero issues. Ordering on app will help.Also did you know they are open from 4am?? So next time don't complicate your order when you running late 8am to your work. It will help both sides. And people behind you.

I think the rude old lady is gone because I havent seen her in a bit. (The reason I stopped going)i noticed the few times I stopped by recently they started putting samples out near entrance ! Great touch. They can use new furniture or a deep clean
