There's 3 people working, no drive thru. When I came in there was one person who had already ordered. I waited for 5 minutes, no idea why, while they talked amongst themselves in a foreign language. No one is in any hurry to help me. Eventually someone asks me what I want. At this point there's a line of 5 people and 2 more people walk in moments later. I get 2 donuts and a coffee. Comes out relatively fast. Now I am leaving. They still have not taken another order. The person before me still doesn't have their order. How incompetent can someone be? I guess this isn't the worst I've seen.

I'm very disappointed. I don't regularly purchase drinks from Dunkin but today was free-donut Wednesday so I thought I'd try the offer and decided to order a chai latte just so I can get a free donut. When I arrived at this location my latte was ready but the lady at the counter told me that there were no more donuts. What?!? I've never heard of Dunkin not having donuts! Thus the 1 star.

I love how Bishnu give a customer service to me and my kids.. she very friendly.. I will definitely come again with my kids.. even it’s small Dunkin’ donut but I love the environment with her bringing the positive vibe.. and free parking .she definitely deserve raise..😊

Worst location in the city! They hate making any drinks other than pouring coffee.
I love DD the prices have gone significantly higher in the past 10 years but still who can say no to a frozen caramel coffee on a hot day or cold to be honest.
Parking: Usually those who park in this lot park here because there going to one of the businesses there like DD or the currency exchange,Chinese take out etc. its common courtesy for people to try and not park there longer than half an hour,so others can park as well,overall it's all good.
