The line was 30+ people, I got close to the counter and kindly asked if I could get a few ounces of hot water for baby formula. I was told “we don’t do that here, you have to get in line and pay”.

A bagel w/ cream cheese comes untoasted and uncut. You order at a kiosk and it asks for a tip. Please be so for real...

Dunkin' near gate B20. Way down on the end. Late afternoon service was decent, but not great. I got a decaf, coffee was hot but not very fresh. I had to add cream and Splenda to make it palatable. The donuts in the case looked petrified, been sitting awhile. Quick service tho, I give three stars on that parameter alone...

Lousy service they made me wait in a long line just to get a knife and cream cheese with my bagel
Glad they were there so I could grab something quick. I got a bagel. You use a kiosk and it was limited. I wanted to get cream cheese but it won’t let me so I tried the second kiosk. Same out come.
Quick stop.

Quick and easy spot for some coffee while waiting for my flight. I would give it 5 stars but they ask for tips. :-/ As far as my opinion matters (which isn’t much) I think of if I have to order standing up you shouldn’t ask for or expect a tip.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin on the planet.3 people working… takes 20 min just to get a muffin. Had to leave to make my flight…

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Having a coffee shop in an airport that moves this slowly is unacceptable. The process starts with a kiosk, but after that, everything grinds to a halt. The staff works at a snail’s pace, there’s no visible efficiency, and no manager stepping in to help or direct. It’s frustrating and poor customer service in a setting where speed and organization are critical—people are trying to catch flights, not wait endlessly for a cup of coffee.
I’ve seen airport coffee shops run quickly and effectively, so I know it’s possible. Unfortunately, this one stands out for being the most disorganized, slow, and disappointing—not to mention the coffee itself isn’t even that good. I rarely write reviews, but this was so bad I felt the need to speak up. Hopefully, management takes this as feedback to provide better training, improve efficiency, and deliver the quality and service travelers deserve.

Nice hard working people, dealing with a bunch of people who want their drinks yesterday. Friendly staff despite needing more help.
5 stars in my book - French Crullers are too good.

Worst location ever. Can't toast but still sell bagels. Doesn't mention any of it while ordering

I've been to Midway half a dozen times, and have never once been able to get a donut or coffee because of the long line.
HORRENDOUS! Bagel was a rock, they didn't have any of the items that I already PAID FOR at the stupid kiosk and just willy nilly gave me whatever substitute they thought I wanted without asking. Save your money it's not worth the hassle

Got a mango pineapple refresher, had WAY too much ice in it. Employees were rude because I was in a bit of a rush and I didn’t say “Hi”. Also, when not talking to customers, employees were hoofing off and yelling playfully at each other. One of the worse DD i have been to.

I ordered 2 cappuccinowith mocha and in one i got a really dark espresso with abrely any milk and in another one i just got foam. It felt way too light . I asked for it to be rechecked and they just added milk and gave it back. So basically I got a glass of milk for 6.5$ , one of the worst coffees ever 🙃 😑
