Only giving 1 star since I can't give 0 for my review. Ordered food and had to wait over an hour for 1 sandwich. Service was as poor as it gets. The bartenders were dipping the spigot into the glasses and beer which was nasty. Will not come back and would not recommend. This has been the sorriest restaurant I have ever been to.

Music Way too loud. Granted it was St Patrick day weekend, but the fact I had to yell at the person next to me to be heard is ridiculous. It's not a club!Also charging $14.50 for fish and chips and using formed mushy fish bits that were bought and frozen is terrible! So understaffed that the one waitress could not seve everyone well, and one dish came out 20 mins after the rest and we were done when it came out.I had to get out of there as quickly as possible. Won't ever be back!

I flew in from Ireland to visit family and I am always excited about the food in Chicago as I have never had a bad experience, food has always been amazing until today when we ate at Dylan’s. When we walked in place looks great, very friendly barman, so was looking forward to the food and was so disappointed. I got the bird (chicken burger) half the bun did not have chicken, quesadillas were horrible and fish and chips were fish fingers. Quality of food was very poor, didn’t finish the food. Would not recommend.

Actually—the only reason this place received any stars was because of that.Let’s set the scene- the night was slow, there were 4 other tables, and it appeared to be well-staffed. Drinks took forever, no napkins or utensils were provided until we asked for it, twice. Maybe an off day for the server but this was just bad news bears. Don’t worry, we still tipped well. Quick rundown- Dylan’s lack good service and good food- I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
