Love this place two story of food and wine and beverage. You have four different restaurant you can try and for those who like dessert and wine. This is the place. Highly recommend recommended.

Visited several locations and this was by far the most disappointing. Both entrees from “Vino &…” had nearly no flavor. Though two different entrees, the sauce on both just tasted like buttered water? We had hoped to ask for a chance to get a side of Parmesan or something to give it flavor but our server was no where to be seen until it was time for the check. A very disappointing $120 lunch. I’d skip this location.

I usually love Eatlay but went there for thanksgiving dinner and the turkey was bland as well as the cold pecan pie. Loved the lobster pasta but paid extra for that. I mean for a bill that cost us $300 I’d say it was very average

La Pasta and La Pizza restaurant was very disappointing. We had a reservation that was seated 25 mins late which we were okay with cause it was a holiday. We went to the bar while we waited and had drinks and great helpful service from a young lady. Once our table was ready and we were seated it took over 12 minutes for someone to even greet us and or tell us they will be with us. We ordered our appetizer 10 mins before entree and we were served the pizza entree less than 5 minutes after ordering entrees and still didn't receive the appetizer. The pizza and meatballs were very delicious, margarita pizza was amazing. However, we never received the other entree and even asked for it to be removed off bill and closed out. Restaurant service was not very good or friendly, they also have a different menu than the bars and don't offer any of the same dishes.

We recently visited Eataly in Chicago and were taken care of by Roger at the bar. His service was absolutely outstanding and he really made our experience at Eataly truly special and one of a kind. Will definitely be back!!

Amazing place for food lovers! The variety of fresh Italian dishes and gourmet products is impressive, and everything we tried was delicious. The atmosphere is lively but still comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely a must visit when in Chicago!

Woman with a weak chin (didn’t get her name) at the guest relations counter was extremely rude and dismissive. We stood waiting for assistance, unsure of where to collect our grocery bag but she ignored us entirely. When we finally approached her, she responded with a snippy “I’m with a customer,” then turned away and continued chatting with a man who was filling out a form. She’s obviously not a good fit for guest relations.
Thankfully another employee noticed we were waiting and came over to help. She was great.

I’m giving the one star for the super unprofessional barista down, he has no idea how a latte should look and taste, also bad attitude, if you want a good coffee save yourself some money and try another coffee shop!
