We opted for an in-person tasting, which was a great time to discuss our ideas with someone at the studio. The options were endless and delicious, leading to a surprisingly difficult decision, but we decided on almond cake with vanilla pastry cream and lemon cake and strawberry whipped ganache. The wedding cake was gorgeous, and the delivery process was seamless. So many people at the wedding came up to us to let us know how wonderful the cake was! We were thrilled to have chosen ECBG and they have become our default cake studio for all of our future needs.

Two weeks later I'm still bragging about the custom Converse Shoe cake I had designed for my husband's 50th birthday. From the moment I reached out to ECBG with my idea they were super responsive, accommodating to all of my suggestions, and helpful with suggestions of their own.
As for the cake, the pictures speak for themselves- wow. My husband and our party guests were so impressed. The detail on the shoe was incredible and it was difficult to bring ourselves to cut into it. Once we did it was delicious, and ECBG's estimate of how many people it would feed was spot on.
I'd recommend ECBG to anyone looking for the easy experience and incredible results. I hope I get a chance to order from them again in the future.

I found ECBG Cake Studio online while searching for a wedding cake and decided to trust the great reviews and so glad I did! We ordered a two-tier cake (strawberry with strawberry ganache on top, chocolate with chocolate ganache on the bottom) and both flavors were delicious. Super moist, not too sweet, just right. I couldn’t stop eating it!
The design turned out perfect and matched the couple's wedding theme beautifully. Even before we cut into it, guests were already asking where we got it, and once they had a bite, everyone loved it.
💡Tip: When we picked up the cake, we were told to keep it at room temperature for at least 6 hours. We ended up keeping ours out for almost 8 hours, and I really think that’s what made it extra moist. I saw a few reviews mention their cakes were dry, but ours definitely wasn’t!
Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but so worth it for the quality and taste. Ordering online was super easy, and the team responded quickly to our emails. Even though it’s over an hour away from us, we’ll absolutely be ordering from them again. Highly recommend ECBG if you want a beautiful, delicious cake that makes your celebration extra special! 🎂✨

We are still dreaming about our wedding desserts from ECBG Cake Studio! Everything they made was absolutely phenomenal, not only beautiful to look at, but unbelievably delicious. Weeks later, we pulled our cake out of the freezer expecting it to be “still good”... and it still tasted incredible. We have no idea how it held up so perfectly, but somehow it did — moist, flavorful, and just as amazing as on our wedding day.
In addition to our stunning cake, we had an incredible variety of desserts including brown butter funfetti blondies (a personal favorite!), cheesecake bites, red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, macarons, and more. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the selection — there truly was something for everyone, and every single item was a hit.
