We are so glad we went with ECBG for our wedding cake! Our wedding planner worked with Sarah to set up our tasting with Izzy. We had gone to one other tasting at a popular bakery and we were so disappointed. We went into our tasting at ECBG a little wary, thinking maybe we just don’t like cake as much as we thought we did. Well, we were definitely wrong on that! ECBG’s cakes were absolutely delicious. In fact, we’re getting hungry just talking about it. The way Izzy presented the tasting was so special and deliberate, with cake and icing separate so you can try as many combinations as you want. We also had the freedom to have four cake flavors which was just wild to us (in the best way!). We absolutely loved the cake flavors itself and we were so impressed with what they were able to do design-wise. In the end, we went with a simple design but we loved that we could have asked for anything and they’d make it happen. Izzy was wonderful to work with and made our cake tasting even more special somehow. We loved our wedding cake so much and we would recommend ECBG to any couple getting married. We can’t wait to have it again at our 1 year anniversary!

Our Elvis and Priscilla inspired columned dream of a wedding cake in 3 of our favorite flavors was a SHOWSTOPPER. I was completely blown away by the finished product. The designer recommended adding some buttercream flowers and our names in big red icing print like Elvis and Priscilla's original cake to complete the look and I could not have been more obsessed with the outcome. Thank you so much to ECBG for putting the cherry on our wedding day, literally!

We opted for an in-person tasting, which was a great time to discuss our ideas with someone at the studio. The options were endless and delicious, leading to a surprisingly difficult decision, but we decided on almond cake with vanilla pastry cream and lemon cake and strawberry whipped ganache. The wedding cake was gorgeous, and the delivery process was seamless. So many people at the wedding came up to us to let us know how wonderful the cake was! We were thrilled to have chosen ECBG and they have become our default cake studio for all of our future needs.
