I have been coming to Ed Debevic's since I was a child. My uncle would take me every time I went to visit him in the city. Working for Ed's was a dream of mine that never came true. and that's okay because i got to go as a fan 😉. My last visit with my uncle was on my 21st birthday, 14 years ago. He has since passed away. I’m going to say that I am pretty shocked that they close so early. They close at 9pm on a weekend night, my daughter and her friends walked in at 8:18, it was her Birthday and they just wanted dessert, and then were told it was a 20 minute wait and then couldn’t serve them. She is 20 years old, she came back to the restaurant where we were paying the bill and told me, I walked over and then was given a little different story. 10/10. Honestly food was decent, the atmosphere was fun but Safari Barbie made this experience for me. She was such a good sport and completely delightful in the most undelightful way (it’s their Shtick). But if you come here I highly recommend you ask for her!
