I had high expectations based on the reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. We ordered pav bhaji, and the quality was so poor that we couldn’t even finish a single pav. We ended up throwing the entire meal — an absolute waste of time and money.
I sincerely request that you please preserve the authentic taste and richness of Indian cuisine instead of altering it . True Indian food, when prepared with its original flavors and methods, is inherently delicious and needs no compromise.

I had my worst experience here!!
I asked the server couple questions regarding the curry’s but seems like he wasn’t interested at all very rude behaviour and also told him that we are taking it out so we don’t have any plates to provide so when I asked him for plates he told that he can’t provide disposable plates? For real?
We are from Michigan and whenever we visit Chicago this has to be my go to forever place but the staff treating me with side eye is not something any customer looking for!!
I am not buying anything for free , I am paying for it , I would like to have same amount of respect back!!
I am never coming back here again!

1. It was the day when it snowed in chicago it is freezing cold, and the restaurant didn’t have heater working.
2. The lady at the front counter was rude and lot of attitude, poor customer service. More specific, I came around evening.
3. I ordered methi muttor, roti, dahi puri literally my stomach upset, I initially loved the food from this place but more recently the taste is really not good.
4. Overall the place is very very neat and clean. This is a plus point.

Lie about prep time and spend more time in the back chit chatting than having someone at the counter

This is the most authentic Indian food in the city. Brought my family and they all loved it so much! The staff is also the best and always so welcoming. Thank you to Chintu

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so awful I feel obligated to warn others. I ordered their pav bhaji, and it was absolutely disgusting – the smell was pungent, and the taste was worse. It was inedible and clearly not fresh.
When I called the restaurant to raise my concerns, instead of being apologetic or helpful, they started arguing with me! I politely asked to speak with the management, but they refused to let me talk to anyone in charge. Completely unprofessional behavior.
This kind of food and service is unacceptable. I’ve attached pictures so you can see for yourself. I will be reporting this place to the Department of Public Health.
Avoid this place at ALL costs.

I had better review earlier. But overtime the quality of food has gone down. I have been ordering from this place every week for last 6 years.
The rice seems stale these days, and tastes like leftover from past days.
For their prices, I can have whole buffet in other restaurants which is much better. Vegetarians (the one who do not eat eggs) beware, They deliberately sent me an egg pulav, even after letting them know that I have allergies and told them about religious sentiments.
Do not ever order from this location, unless you want to have food poison

Love the food, I’ve never been here in person, but have ordered plenty and after a year of moving to the neighbouring state, we visited again and the water bottle was priced at 0.99$ and they charged me $1.99, when I asked for an other one, they said we haven’t updated the menu? I’m like bruh?
Seriously? Not acting stingy but atleast treat me well.
The server was Bhavin P.
Thank you for the service, I’m not coming back.

Spent 90$ here not worth at all ordered bhel, samosa sandwich, hum tum, chicken wrap, paneer pulav, vada pav, mango mastani, mango shake, and rabdi the one working their got bad attitude so I think their strategy is to serve the best first then the bad next firstly got bhel and shakes which was excellent that is the only reason I am giving three stars for food and next hum tum and paneer pulav its GARLICHOLIC and hum tum is literally half boiled egg yolk was all over yuckkk
omg not even edible then vada pav the pav was very dry. 90$ waste please order 1 at a time as it was our first time ordered all together and our money got wasted…!
