I always like Einstein Bros but why does it feel like every single one has their interior completely gutted for the past 8 years kind of feels like it's going out of business half the time

I come here every morning I’m in the city. Everyone there is so nice and they’ve never messed up my order, love this place!

The bagel was overall good, but smaller than what I expected. The service was good, and they were quick to take and complete my order. The unfortunate part was they didn't have the tables set up for me to be able to eat the bagel there. Overall, decent experience.

Stopped by Einstein Bros. Bagels this morning, and let me tell you, it's a solid choice if you're craving a good breakfast in the Loop. I got the classic bagel with cream cheese and a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, and both hit the spot. The bagels were fresh, soft on the inside with that perfect crispy outside, and the sandwich? Super filling—definitely a winner. The vibe inside is super chill, and I was in and out in no time, even during the busy morning rush. I spent around $12 for both items, and I was full and satisfied. If you're looking for a quick, tasty breakfast, this place is a no-brainer.

Food is decent. Tea is a little weak. Taking off 2 stars because you have to watch how much they charge you for items and if they are giving you back the correct change. Once I was charged for something extra that I didn't ask for which I believe was deliberate so they could get an extra dollar from me. When I pointed it out to the cashier she acted like overcharging me was no big deal. Another time, they cheated me out of some of my change. I let it go but I think it was deliberate. Food and service are okay but I don't like the culture of trying to get over on customers. I've seen them overcharge other customers for items as well.
