Einstein Bros. Bagels

I love me a good bagel sandwich especially from Einstein, however I was met with disappointment this morning. I ordered a Turkey/Cheddar deli sandwich, to find the lettuce on my sandwich was brown and wilted 🤢. Do better Einstein, been eating here for over 10 years. Don’t sacrifice customer satisfaction for the sake of overhead expenses.

This bagel shop is a gem in the middle of downtown Chicago. You can’t beat freshly baked bagels and coffee. Plus the shop is spacious and super clean, the staff is always cheerful and friendly. It reminds me of the show “Cheers”, because as soon as you walk in to place your order, they already know your name! Such a wonderful way to start your day.

I was on hold for the longest time. No one ever picked up the phone. I just want to cancel my order and get a refund.

Stopped by local bagel shop and waited 20 minutes with no bagel ...canceled my order, came here and had my two bagels in hand less than 30 seconds later.

Much friendlier service as well.

Einstein Bros. Bagels on La Salle is a convenient spot for a quick breakfast or coffee downtown. The location is easy to find, right in the lobby of 30 North LaSalle, which makes it perfect for grabbing something on your way to work.The bagels are fresh and soft, and there’s a nice variety of spreads and breakfast sandwiches. Service is generally quick, though it can get a bit crowded during the morning rush. Prices are reasonable, especially for the area.
That said, it’s a pretty standard chain experience — nothing particularly special, but reliable if you want a simple bagel and coffee to start your day.

This place is extremely expensive. 1 cookie was $3.29, nothing in here was a good price. $15.00 for a bagel breakfast meal.

Einstein bagels are delicious, but what I truly enjoy is the wonderful team at this location. They are so friendly, and so kind! They take their time out to say good morning to you and they always have my regular order ready within minutes. This team truly makes my morning over and over again!!
