Customer service needs a revamp! Watched employee belittle a woman customer that barely spoke English. Tough to watch. I suggest your team slows down when taking customers orders. When they're rushed often ppl don't order what they want or forget, hurts sales. Slow down and listen.

I don't appreciate being told that something isn't available when it is. Or being told as if I don't know how Einstein's works. I've been coming here loyally for 10+ years at other locations. This location is terrible.

Good bagels and amazing coffee! Can get super busy on weekend mornings. Ordering on the app potentially saves a lot of time. Never really got an incorrect order like others did but then I only had bagels. Staff is decent and helpful in making changes to the order if you need to. A little more cleanliness would be amazing though!

Worst experience of my entire stay in Chicago. Took 30 minutes to make the entire order incorrectly (3 simple breakfast sandwiches) none of the bagels were even toasted, all sandwiches were missing components. Store was in no way busy, staff was chaotic and untrained. I'm actually embarrassed for them.

I'd never tried Einstein Bros Bagels before as they aren't in my home area (Brueggers for life in NY). I decided to be healthy and get the avocado toasted bagel on sesame. It was just ok.. bagel was fine and the everything seasoning wasn't evenly spread across the bagel. Avocado was mostly mashed except for some random chunks and also wasn't evenly spread. They didn't have indoor seating so we sat outside at a small table. Reasonable price though.

I was searching for “bagel sandwitch” on Google and this place popped up. Went for a couple of deli sandwiches. The place was clearly understaffed, like every restaurant in Illinois right now, with quite a line of customers. However the employees pushed on sweating and trying to be pleasant. Not an easy task. Sandwiches were great and service was surprisingly fast, given the situation. People, please give restaurants a break during the labor crunch, these people are fighters.
