The sign says they're open until midnight but they had the line roped off and said they were closed around 8pm.

My child is 14 years old and flying by herself and needed food between flights. Ordered her food and it was made for her and as she tried to pay and they said no cash and threw the food away right in front of her face. Pretty lame if you ask me. Make it known you're cashless as someone is ordering.

Fast, good and well priced! Get the lox bagel or a pizza bagel. So good!

Long lines, Vanilla cream cold brew and chocolate cold brew shake is good. Our farmhouse and garden avocado were good even if some ingredients were missing. The line for here is just extremely long.

Service was extremely slow. Customer service was lacking. Customers were getting their food before their coffees. I waited like 15 minutes for one latte. Myself and other customers had to ask how long the coffees would take. The staff didn’t that concerned about the complaints.The latte was not bad

We ordered a egg and cheese sandwich and a plain bagel with cream cheese. Which came out with a two egg, cheese, and sausage sandwich, and a asiago bagel (which tasted weird) with cream cheese. The eggs tasted like flour. Everything was salty. They didn’t even have water we had to buy it from another store. This place was terrible.

Latte tasted terrible and watered down, took 15 min to make. Went to ask for a remake, it took another 15 minutes and they made it with regular milk (repeated it was almond). I just left without coffee at that point. Worst bagel I’ve ever tried as well. Garden avocado was missing ingredients so it was a thin egg patty, avocado and spinach. Not even toasted chewy dry bread. Wow…

Shame on Einstein corporate for allowing this: Should be -4 stars. Ordered turkey avocado bacon, got zero turkey, cold bacon & out of Asiago bagels.. no sign indicating card pay only. The 3-crew apathetic staff must all be bleeding; clearly intentionally slow. It's definitely a not to do again.

Waited in line 35 minutes for a coffee only to be told the only milk they had was almond.
