El Alegre Burrito (Chicago)

I had a taco dinner from here last night , the beans smelt so bad I couldn’t even eat the tacos. Serving customers Spoil beans is crazy

I'm recommending this restaurant to anyone out there. Their burrito were seasoned, and cooked properly.

Worst service from both of the guys who worked today, completely got my order wrong. I usually enjoy eating here but they made the experience unpleasant. I wasn’t able to enjoy my meal because they got everything wrong. I spent $30 to not be able to enjoy my food.

I don't know if it's under new management but it's been about 6 months since the last time I ordered it was always good food but this recent order their quality has gone down . Their asada meat is bad just low quality and no flavor.

we stopped by before close & got the quesabirria dinner, carne asada taco dinner and a torta and everything was so so good. i love having a drive thru, home-cooked feel place right by home. the quesabirria was deliciousss and my boyfriend devoured the tacos. def recommend!!!

I always get chicken sopes here & they're delicious! The horchata is good, too. We've always done drive-through on our way home (so convenient), so can't really speak about the service or atmosphere. The prices seem fair for the portions.

This is the best al pastor tostada I’ve ever eaten. The al pastor was very flavorful and tender. I ordered it with all the toppings and it was soo good. Also, I personally like that the tostada is thin but very crispy and crunchy. The staff is very kind, and the service was so quick. The atmosphere is a little busy and there’s tv and music that plays.
