So far everything I ordered for here has been terrific. Very friendly family environment with great service and great food. As soon as you walk in you definitely smell the aroma of a Puerto Rican woman’s kitchen.
My mom and I were there today...we loved it!! The whole experience is so familiar! It's like going to someone's house in Puerto Rico and getting served a plate of food, they treat you like a neighbor. The owners and their daughter are very attentive and talkative! It's like your having a meal at a family member's hse...I know I said it but it's just crazy! The nostalgic feeling was awesome, I felt so happy eating, listening to typical Puertorican music...
Just had dinner here last night. We really enjoyed the meal. Everything was delicious. Cute cozy place, loved the Latin music . My husband has ordered food to go in the past, this was the first time we went as a family to eat.I love Puerto Rican food, and I know how to cook it really well. So I am very, very picky. After a long hard day at work, and to tired to cook, El Batey cafe is now my go to home for Puerto Rican food. Try it, we will be go back.
