Waiting for a woman with a check piercing to get off the phone and then to stop talking with coworkers. Then just looks at me without saying anything like I'm supposed to know she's ready for my order. After I tell her my first order she has an attitude already, just walked out to be honest.(Edit) Seems like the owner never sees how bad his employees are with all his responses to reviews.

Been going here almost all my life and the quality of everything except the milkshakes is trash now. The prices that are advertised is not what they charge you. Very much false advertisement. They need to bring the old crew back this new crew making a bad reputation for them now.
Today, Tuesday September 17, 2024 at approximately 3:15pm after placing my order, there was a customer female just received her food asked for her sandwich to be cut in half. When she got to her car she see that her sandwich was not cut in half so she admittedly came back into the restaurant and asked if she could get her sandwich cut in half please. The young man on the grill ignored her request and started giving her a hard time. So the guy at the order register came over to him to say she needed for sandwich to be cut. After he got around to cutting her sandwich the guy at the grill was very rude to her. Instead of placing the sandwich back into the window he quickly tossed her sandwich. She said I just wanted my sandwich cut, he in turn responded âfix your wigâ. There were a couple more customers that witnessed his behavior. Because of what he said caused the young lady to react by knocking a couple of chairs over. This man should not be working in the field of customer service.
i go here all the time itâs usually good service but the new hires have a terrible attitude problem. the guy taking orders got mad and began hollering because he couldnât understand my order which was very simple. started rolling his eyes and grabbing his face in anger
