El Gran Burrito Express (pulaski)

This place is great, not sure what all the bad reviews are about. I wanted to leave a review to balance it out. Portions and flavors are great. Everyone is also really nice. Steak burrito and birria tacos 👌👌

Good food and always fresh

They extremely diminished the portions of their super steak cheese fries. Paid nearly $20 bucks for the smallest pan of cheese fries. I was in disbelief because it was nothing like it use to be. So dissatisfied with them. Food was terribly trash. Do Not Order The Super Cheese Fries ‼️ I felt robbed. You can see in the pic I provided that it doesn’t even cover my hand 🖐️

Went to this restaurant in Chicago on pulaski and Roosevelt and ordered food. Gave the old man my card he said it decline then a young lady came and tried she said it decline. I was confused because this was my payment method every time I ordered from them. Left because that made me feel uncomfortable and went to McDonald’s to only find out that el grand swiped the month of the lil card and I didn’t have enough for the meal. So I called and went back up to elgran. I called my called 3 times in front of them so they could hear the transaction and them know they took the money off. They told me they couldn’t do anything or refund me because the transaction didn’t pop up on there payment scale that my card swiped. I argued them up and down about it because they are basically saying it didn’t happen but I have the transaction history to prove it. I’m so upset because inflation is high and it was very hot I was just trying to feed my family and they took my money and decided giving back was not what they wanted to do. At this point it is definitely the principle and now I’ve made a police report and yes I’m taking it to court and not for no $36.22 but the max for a restaurant stealing money with no service.

NEVER AGAIN!!! NOT ONLY DID MY ORDER CONTAIN TOMATOES ( I'M ALLERGIC TO THEM), BUT WHEN I SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER , NOT ONLY DID HE WANT TO ARGUE WITH ME AS TO WHAT WAS SAID WHEN THE ORDER WAS PLACED, BUT HE NEVER OFFERED TO MAKE ME A NEW ONE, THE WAY I NEED IT DONE!!!
