The food at El Neuvo was generally decent. We were not the biggest fan of the ceviche as it tasted too sweet and did not carry much lime flavor. We liked the Enrollados de Carnitas better, which had a satisfyingly rich pork flavor. The highlight was the Camarones en Chile Ancho Con Piñones, with shrimps simmered in a rich, zesty sauce that was super flavorful and balanced.The dining vibe here is very cozy, especially in the spacious back room with the decorative lights. The service is also efficient and friendly.

Delicious food and drinks! We have been coming to this beautiful restaurant for over 20 years and it only gets even better. New dishes added all the time and happy hour dinner and drink specials. Enormous vegetarian and vegan menu items. And the servers are impeccably trained and fun.

My fiancee and I went here for the first time since we were in the neighborhood, we wanted mexican food, and we are vegan! Food was DELICIOUS absolutely loved the vegan options being more than rice and bean tacos! A lot of vegan side options as well! The salsa is really really good we got some to go! We went when they weren’t very busy but our waiter still checked on us frequently but not so much that it was annoying! My fiancee had to work so didn’t try the margarita or mimosa but will be trying when we come back! We are glad to have found a new restaurant to go to!
The portions are huge and could be shared. The food was great one of the best enchiladas choices(mole is a favorite to get). Great service and atmosphere!

I've been going here years and each time it is delicious. Gracious & professional service, a savory menu to choose from and well made cocktails. The main dinning room gets lively when crowded but there is an enclosed patio on the rear to enjoy in warmer weather. Their Happy Hour is a great value, it's difficult not to have another Margarita! The dishes are attractively presented & tasty . So after an afternoon movie or shopping in the area - stop by to enjoy it all.

Very good food. We had a table of 7 and we had prompt service and everyone enjoyed the food. We had beers and margaritas- all good. The chips and salsa were good and they brought more when the basket was empty. I noticed on the bottom of the menu that 20% gratuity is added on tables of 6 or more. It wasnt stated on the check tho and we almost double paid the gratuity. That felt a little deceptive but maybe that was just our experience.
