They saw me through the door and refused to open it for me to pick up. It’s the third time they do this where they tell me a time to pick it up and they end up locking the doors on me and not letting me pick up my order.

I have had several problems every day when I go they tell me your order is in 20 minutes and I go and pay it takes up to 30 minutes waiting 50 minutes have already passed on one occasion late 1 hour waiting and the lady in front asked her and she got upset I will never return arrogant service
I discovered this place by accident. Now all my visits are deliberate. They love my dog and even ask for her by name. There may be a wait (Tuesday and Thursday) for your order but I feel the quality of the food is worth it. The staff is charming and friendly. Plus, they love Maggie who is adopted and get 1/2 chicken for her birthday dinner.
It's the best chicken in the little town. But the service is not the best. You always have to check your order because they don't give you the right thing. ?
