The meat in its juice is impressive. I am from Guadalajara and my mother had a meat restaurant in its juice for 15 years and I can tell you that this meat is really good and authentic. In addition, the tortillas are made by hand, it should be noted that they are made at the moment and not like in other places that make them in the morning and sell them to you as handmade tortillas.
