Clean kitchen and dining area overall. I’ve been coming here for years, even before! They used to stand outside of the Jimenez store. They used to be very spicy and full of chicken. Now there’s hardly any flavor or protein in them yet prices are insanely expensive, which I get with our current state in food prices. But I’d expect quality to remain the same or even better.

Tamales have definitely changed through the 20 years. I was really disappointed this time around. Sorry guys cause I love the family. The green were not spicy at all. The masa was super dry. The Rajas had such a bitter taste and were flavorless. The Rajas were rock hard. I miss your mom making the Tamales. Since it's became the store I have seen how the flavor has changed so much.
