Music & food are OUTSTANDING. However, it is the only Dominican club we have in Chicago to enjoy and it is supposedly a “21 & OVER” establishment yet security and owners allow minors to lounge around drinking alcohol and entering. Lots of arguments and fights break out cause by minors illegally being admitted into this establishment. Very disappointed this is allowed, this is an awesome place but they are losing their credibility with these allowances.

I told my friends about this place with my highest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The the food there is yummy and the crew is generous and cooperative. Every time we eat in this place we pass a lovely evening. highly recommended.

Being a disabled Dominican American Marine Veteran from Miami, the Dominican vibe was nearly on point!!! I was extremely excited to go and support my people until we experienced their services. From the food to the music, then my islands beautiful art everywhere, the atmosphere was almost a perfect welcome. Seemed like they only had one waitress in the front, in which she would default back to standing next to a friend that she kept on hanging out with thruout the night. This waitress did her least in accommodating our want to order thruout our stay, knowing that they close the kitchen late. They didn't even offer water once we sat down. We had to ask for the menus. **My crew helped me celebrate my 38th bday, we made the party and was a perfect distraction from the horrible customer service and lack of consideration for their handicap patrons. The service did not reflect the business standard of a dominican based establishment. Which was disappointing for us all. If you wanted a table in the back where the dancefloor is located, you would have to pay $150 bottle service, if not you'd have to leave the dancefloor area to sit in the front of this place. I am obviously physically limited to a certain degree, but walking from dancefloor to the front started to become a painful chore. I asked a tall bodyguard if there was any way to be accommodated closer to the dance floor area due to my handicap. He went to the black haired ponytailed dressed in black waitress, that had attended us to the least of her ability and with attitude but never responded him. Neither of them addressed my request.** We were a group of 10 and I'm not sure if I'll go back. Customer service is KEY for a business to thrive. But being a Dominican facility, seems that the ball was dropped on the most important value, customer service, in which Dominicans take pride in.
