This location has been shut down by the city multiple times I will not put my health at risk by eating here. I find it funny how the restaurant responded to my review as if I haven't lived in the neighborhood for over 20 years and I'm talking about across the time frame of 20 years. But don't worry,the next time the city shuts you down I'll be sure to take a picture

The torta I got they wet it with the last of the carne juice and oil. So disgusting. I had a long day at work and I get this disgusting food. Should have should cooked at home but I was so tired from working a 14 hour shift . Thanks for the disgusting torta. Never again. Waste of money. Waste of my gas. Waste of time. Thank you. Horrible horrible horrible.

This is a taco place! I had the taco de al pastor and a gordita de rajas. My fiance had a taco de asada and we both got horchata. It was great!

Our camera team was exhausted and very hungry after a heavy work day. We tried El Taconazo for the first time and we all absolutely loved their tacos! The service was also excellent 🌮🌮🌮

PERFECTION! All around! Everyone was so welcoming and everything was so wonderful! 🤤🤩👌 MUST HAVE THE CEVICHE! Blessed to taste the most traditional Mexican food! Had to order more to go! I wish we could have taken every sauce home! ¡Certificado por mi amigo mexicano de la piedad!

My wife ate the soup and it was the most horrible vegetable we're old and very nasty and I told the waitress that the soup was old and she said it was in the freezer and I told the cashier and she said you ate it still I told her she picked at it not ate it hopefully she doesn't get sick but they still charged us for it so anyone goes there please dont eat any of there soup never we will go there again horrible very upset

Prices went up but one of the best of chicago el taconazo everywhere you go u know it's the same and for sure it gonna be good best horchata BTW

What happened? This place was the ish back in the day. Just went recently, and there are no chips & pico de gallo with the salsa tray when you sit down to eat. Plus, no more of that special cream that was the best. At least I was told that when I placed my order with a party of 6. I'll pay extra no problem it was a huge upset. That was the main reason I would come here. The food is not the same taste smaller portions & higher prices. Yes, I know everything is expensive now a days. Well, I guess all these mom & pop places are losing their touch.
