Ordered for pick up and only received 1 out of 2 of my fresas con crema and when I went back in to let the workers know I’m messing an item, the man working told me that I needed to pay extra to get it and claimed I only ordered 1. They used to be amazing but after this I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Wow this place is a gem!!! All the ice cream is home made and you can truly taste the freshness. Piñon is a unique flavor they offer that is quite delicious. I can’t think of better ice cream in chicago. We will be back!
