Kept seeing the mole recommended. Got the chicken mole with rice and green beans. Idk what good mole is, this was fine. Not super sweet, just enough bitter. But, the standout was the Mexican rice and garlic buttery green beans. It was so unexpected. I’m still dreaming about it. The garlic reminded me of the paste they put on Jibaritos. I’d happily eat more veggies dressed like this.

I can’t speak highly enough of my dining experience here. The food was delicious, the menu options were unique and unexpected although with recognizable Mexican flair. The server was excellent. The chef came out and chatted with patrons asking how the food was. I’m already eager to come back.

None of the negatives matter because all of the food tasted excellent and the portions were generous! Everything I tasted was stellar. I'll 100% be back.

We started coming to Xangarrito when it opened, and it has always been consistent, delicious, and had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Felipe and Edna are outstanding servers, and we are so grateful for this outstanding addition to the neighborhood. We adore Xangarrito and would strongly recommend coming here!

Great food. Great friendly service. It was our first time there and we felt welcome the moment we walked in the door. The decor and atmosphere is happiness inducing. I had the shrimp in garlic sauce and literally cleaned my plate. The churros for dessert were very good. Everything I saw coming out of the kitchen looked amazing.

Top-to-bottom phenomenal dining experience. Friendly staff that are deservedly proud of their food, a lovely atmosphere if seated inside or out, and dishes that make you with you had a bigger stomach because it's impossible to get enough.

Amazing food with stunning presentation. Highly recommend any of their enchiladas. Delicious, hand crafted, with great attention to detail. And everything tasted fresh and homemade! Took a little while to get menus and order taken after we were seated but once we did get the order in our food came quickly. Outdoor seating made it great for kids as well.

I highly recommemd EL Xangarrito Mex. If your searching for a restaurant serving delicious mexican food and a friendly welcoming service staff, this is the place.
Please try the Tampiquena or the Enchiladas Poblano 😉. I tip my hat to the cooks & chef.. We visited after 8:00 pm, sat in their sidewalk outdoor patio space, where the cool summer night breeze added more positive vibes to the experience.
