Tried to make a reservation here for my birthday, when I went to the website they only offered reservations for parties of 6 or fewer. So I go to the "events and large parties" section and tried to make my reservation there, the only option it gave me was to contact the restaurant to inquire about a large party or event. Ok, so I emailed them asking how I can make a reservation, nobody ever responded to me. I called the restaurant 6 different times over a 2 day span and no one ever answered the phone and their "mailbox was full". Super disappointed in the lack of service and responsibility.

What an interesting place. The servers didn't come to the table, we had completely different servers coming. But the end of the night I had to beg for my bill to be closed and then the server just literally dropped my card on the floor. Food was okay but service was sub par.

The vibes were weird… the espresso martini and old fashioned were terrible.. complete with a ton of lemon zest in both.. we went for a pre anniversary dinner drink and damn was it disappointing. Skip!

I had the pleasure of dining at Eleven | Eleven for the first time last night, and I still cannot stop thinking about the experience. Not only was the meal truly delicious, but every member of the staff were amazing. You should stop reading this review now, and book a table for tonight. When you're there, order the Thai fried chicken with cornbread. Truly amazing.

Randomly chose this place for dinner because they had availability on Tock ($10 ea deposit). Our server was very kind and friendly. Unfortunately it took a bit over 1hr for any food to reach our table. Dishes were hit and miss; the brussel sprouts were good, pasta was OK, the Asian fried rice was laughable (tiny volume, rice was dry and clumpy, and pork belly is generally not served dry in texture in my experience). Cornbread was great, chicken was dry. Drinks were a decent value at happy hour prices but are unremarkable in flavor or body. Bill ended up being about $135 for three for the experience, before tip. There are better options in the immediate area...

Came here for happy hour with a friend and everything exceeded expectation. Ordered the fried chicken and shrimp bao buns, Asian fried rice, a blushing gimlet, punch 19, and overnight celebrity and everything was stellar. The bartender was super friendly, attentive, and overall a great time. Will definitely be coming back!

Our waitress was amazing. She apologized for the delay in us receiving our drinks. Management on the other had was not so amazing. We were told they were open til 10. Several people from our party arrived at 9 and was told they could not come up since it was crowded. There was only 2 parties up there. The party i was with and another. The kitchen was close which was fine. They said there had been some discrepancies with the time. They were not accommodating at all even with the time discrepancies. We were celebrating a birthday. We just wanted them to be allowed in until we were leaving even if they couldn’t order food.

We were visiting from out of town and we stumbled upon this place on Instagram and decided to make a reservation. We had made a reservation (which you pay to do) for what they call the "main dining room", however, when we arrived we were told to sit at a high top table by the bar. We didn't mind the change. We then waited 20 minutes to be attended. Since we didn't know if we had to order at the bar considering it was happy hour still, we politely went to ask the hostess about this. She assured us someone would help us soon. Immediately after, she goes up to another employee and begins to mock us for asking for help. We waited another 10 minutes and no one attended us.The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude per other reviews. We ended up leaving. It sucks that we didn't get to try the food as it looked great.
