Second time attempting to come try this restaurant and it's completely closed. Says open but it won't be. Potentially closed for good?

They tell you to buy a brunch ticket just for it to be a sham and you can only sit at the bar. Waste of time and money.

Tried to make a reservation here for my birthday, when I went to the website they only offered reservations for parties of 6 or fewer. So I go to the "events and large parties" section and tried to make my reservation there, the only option it gave me was to contact the restaurant to inquire about a large party or event. Ok, so I emailed them asking how I can make a reservation, nobody ever responded to me. I called the restaurant 6 different times over a 2 day span and no one ever answered the phone and their "mailbox was full". Super disappointed in the lack of service and responsibility.

What an interesting place. The servers didn't come to the table, we had completely different servers coming. But the end of the night I had to beg for my bill to be closed and then the server just literally dropped my card on the floor. Food was okay but service was sub par.

The vibes were weird… the espresso martini and old fashioned were terrible.. complete with a ton of lemon zest in both.. we went for a pre anniversary dinner drink and damn was it disappointing. Skip!

I had the pleasure of dining at Eleven | Eleven for the first time last night, and I still cannot stop thinking about the experience. Not only was the meal truly delicious, but every member of the staff were amazing. You should stop reading this review now, and book a table for tonight. When you're there, order the Thai fried chicken with cornbread. Truly amazing.

Made a reservation for my Twenty-second anniversary and show up to find doors locked. No notice or anything. Absolutely ridiculous that you don't even call the people who made reservations!!!

Went on a Thursday night, an hour before the kitchen closed, and they took care of us. Good food, strong drinks, along with great service and ambiance, made for an unforgettable night. Our party morphed from 3 to 10 and and the staff didn't miss a beat accommodating our impromptu fellowship. Thanks for all the love we hat night and hopefully we made sure you felt it back. 'Til next time.

Came here for happy hour with my co workers right when it opened. I ordered the Punch 19 and really enjoyed it because I ended up having 3 of them. The cocktails were all 8 bucks which is a pretty good deal for downtown. We also got the truffle fries and the bao buns and they were BOMB! The ambiance was okay, would definitely come back to try more things.

Randomly chose this place for dinner because they had availability on Tock ($10 ea deposit). Our server was very kind and friendly. Unfortunately it took a bit over 1hr for any food to reach our table. Dishes were hit and miss; the brussel sprouts were good, pasta was OK, the Asian fried rice was laughable (tiny volume, rice was dry and clumpy, and pork belly is generally not served dry in texture in my experience). Cornbread was great, chicken was dry. Drinks were a decent value at happy hour prices but are unremarkable in flavor or body. Bill ended up being about $135 for three for the experience, before tip. There are better options in the immediate area...

I must express my utmost disappointment with my recent experience at this establishment for Sunday brunch. We made a reservation for 11am, however, it was evident upon our arrival that the staff had just begun their shift. Upon being seated at the establishment, we were disappointed to find a lack of silverware readily available. Despite our repeated requests for silverware, it was not promptly provided. We were extremely understanding upon discovering that our server was single-handedly managing the entire floor. I was quite disappointed with the lack of staff assistance during my visit. It was rather perplexing to find that there were no employees readily available to provide any sort of guidance or support. This absence of staff presence greatly hindered my overall experience and left me feeling quite frustrated. The timing of our food delivery was unfortunately inconsistent, as our table received our dishes at different times despite placing our orders simultaneously. We wondered why we were handed wristbands since they didn't appear to have any significance. We were even more baffled as to why the service was slower because the restaurant was empty. I was quite disappointed by the limited menu options available for ordering. Unfortunately, our dining experience was marred by the fact that our food became cold while we patiently waited for the silverware to be provided. Our dining experience was unfortunately marred by a significant delay in receiving our food. Regrettably, we found ourselves waiting for 1 hour before our orders were finally brought to our table. Furthermore, to our disappointment, the dishes were not served simultaneously, further disrupting the overall dining experience. I was disappointed to find that the restaurant did not offer champagne as advertised. Instead, they served Binnys wine in Moët bottle holders, which I found to be quite unacceptable. Unfortunately, my experience at this establishment left much to be desired.

The worst experience. The hostess came to our table more than the server and honestly we didn't even know who our server was. The restaurant was not busy either. They brought us the wrong entree the 1st time and when we did get our food the salmon and steak were overcooked and the Brussel sprouts and bok choy were raw. We paid about $200 for the dinner.

My friend and I were so excited to check this place out. We had heard great things. But we walked in and it was super empty. We stood at the front for like 5 min before seating ourselves in the bar area where we had really really slow service. The food was pretty good but we were expecting more. When we poked our head around the rest of the space we found a terrace upstairs where some groups sat on folding chairs and cheap-looking tables. Very odd time here so I'm not sure I'll find myself there again.
