I am offended at the customer service I received with my cousins and other family at this establishment. We arrived at 7:50pm waiting in the already small line. Talking loudly at what characters we were excited to get, then as it was our turn, the young male server informed us that he was closed. I’m a rational person and as I look around in the ice cream parlor, I see all the tables taken with everyone still actively enjoying their ice cream. I looked at my phone and it still wasn’t even 8pm yet.
As someone who’s grown up and raised in the food industry I would never treat someone the way the guy treated us. I’m truly disappointed.

Considering the wait (>20 minutes), the price, and how extremely sweet and artificial the 3 flavors I tried were, I don't think it was worth it. They make for cute photos though, I guess.

Thank you to Eli’s Ark for helping me to create an everlasting memory with my babies. They loved it. I am not a huge fan of ice cream but I am definitely a huge fan of this place.

Adorably cute!! Very difficult to select a flavor, everything looked so good. Ended up picking a single scoop of Mount Caramel as a koala. Delicious! Not overly sweet which is perfect for me. Friendly staff and fast service. I regret not discovering this place sooner. Highly recommend to satisfy a sweet tooth!

I visited Eli's Ark expecting average ice cream shaped into cute animals for pictures online, and was delightfully surprised when I ate some of the best quality ice cream in my life! I definitely recommend visiting this shop for the quality of the ice cream, and cute pictures. The dining area is a little small, so I would avoid bringing large groups of people, but the space is clean and comfy. Employees were super nice and offered as many testers as I wanted! Would definitely recommend!!
