I had time to spare and came across your shop 4 years ago. I had the lemon berry. I've been begging my daughter to bring me another piece from

Shame on me for thinking this could be good ?Asked the girl working what her favorite was between two and she informed me she doesn’t eat cheesecake.

Pure trash, if you want frozen flavorless cheesecake this it it. I’m a huge cheesecake fan but this isn’t the one. The richness wasn’t there, there was no crush flavorless batter. Would not recommend this to anyone.

The woman at the register was very nice. I had a ham and cheese sandwich, an apple and turkey wrap, and a plain cheese cake. Maybe sandwiches are not from Eli's, but they all had weird chemically taste. Hands down the worst airport food ever

Delicious and good value. Only $6.99 a slice.

Some reviews I’ve found online said Eli’s was the best cheesecake in Chicago. As I couldn’t make it to the one in the city, I’ve tried a couple of flavors at the store in the O’Hare airport: the traditional chocolate chip and the strawberry. Tasty, but I wouldn’t bother to eat there again. I really hope that was not the best Chicago had to offer.

Clearly labeled and delicious vegan chocolate Belgian cake caught my eye. Wish the portion size was a little more generous for the price ($4.99 for a square)

Eli's Cheesecake was the last place I needed to see after departing concourse C, within Chicago O'Hare International Airport. Funny because it initially caught my eye prior to departing Chicago O'Hare International Airport as well, but at the time a cheesecake was the last thing I wanted to eat during the morning hours. I was acknowledged immediately by the employee but needed a few minutes to decide what I wanted to order; and at the time, the employee was very patient with me. I ended up ordering a cherry vanilla bean cheesecake out of all the other cheesecakes on display. There were no disappointments in the cherry vanilla bean cheesecake ordered. I was satisfied with the visual appeal of it, along with its delectable taste which I enjoyed with no f*cks given about when I would leave Chicago O'Hare International Airport. I had a pleasant ordering experience with Eli's Cheesecake. And as indicated in this review, I enjoyed my order and would surely order from again. Eli's could easily become a frequently visited place for me post flight arrivals in time. ~ Be Kind. ALWAYS. ~ Thomas G

I had a slice of the Cookie Crazy Cheesecake and it was pretty good. There were lots of big oreo pieces inside, plus a decadent topping of more oreos and chocolate. The cheesecake itself was creamy and had a nice taste, not overly sweet. The slice was the perfect size - it was small enough that even though the cheesecake was rich I didn't feel heavy as I sometimes do after eating a big piece of cheesecake, but big enough to be satisfying. It cost about $8 which I wouldn't want to spend on something like this outside an airport as it wasn't anything mind-blowing. Also the person working the stand was super nice!

Convenience is the best part of this location. When rushing through the terminal for your connection flight, the last thing you want is to wait in line for food. We got fast food for lunch and then decided to try local cheesecake for our desserts. Both brown cow cheesecake and white chocolate raspberry cheesecake was good! The wraps looked good but it was around $17 and considering how small they are, we didn't get them. There was no line when I got there and it is close to the security gate. Compared to other airport pricing, it was not so bad. It does seem they have more varieties at an actual store so if we come to Chicago, I would like to try their shop rather than the one at the airport.

Terrible customer service! I went this morning 8/20 to purchase a turtle cheesecake and as the redheaded older lady with glasses reached for the piece, I asked kindly for a different piece and suddenly she yelled under her mask "You know what, A PIECE IS A PIECE". I have never in any of my years of being a consumer experienced such rude and abrupt behavior and harsh language towards a guest asking for the peice of their choice. I am appalled at her demeanor and told her "Have a nice day and left" then I heard her slam the case door shut and I don't know if her actions towards me were because I was of a different ethnicity but that's how it felt because she treated another guest before me way differently. Shame on her and she should not be taking care of guests and losing sales for the company by behaving this way!

As long as I have chance in O'Hare, I always garbed a cheese cake or whole cheese cake from Eli's. When you see the replica of brachiossaurus, you can easily find Eli's is there.

Paid $6 for the tiniest slice ever. Didn’t think this was worth the hype of the other reviews. Taste wasn’t exceptional. Cheesecake Factory and even Publix/Kroger/Albertsons has a better cheesecake. The crust wasnt typical graham cracker but tasted more like pie crust, which i liked. Wouldnt try it again.
