I contacted Customer Service today (1/3/2025) regarding a variety Cheesecake purchased on Christmas Eve. I thawed one half. It was very sour tasting and no one could eat it. Your customer service representative was very unfriendly and was of no help.

On Friday 1/31 at 4:38pm, I received an Instacart order from an employee by the name of Jorge at this location. The order was for two 44gal Rubbermaid Brute trash cans, I delivered at 5:14pm that evening to Jorge personally. As soon as I left the premises Jorge decides to cancel the the order after receiving the items, which means he gets the items for free, also known as stealing. His actions could have caused me to have my account deactivated Instacart. If in the future my account is deactivated and charged for the items, I will be filing a police report.

Stopped in at 3:50pm as we raced to Eli’s on our way from Wisconsin to Indiana! They closed at 4PM but we just wanted to run in and grab a sampler! The cashier was lovely enough to unlock the doors for us and let us complete our purchase! The staff was friendly and the cheesecake was AMAZING as always. I was a bit sad that our sampler was made up of mostly all Raspberry, but we will try again next time! :)

Received a delicious cheese cake from Eli’s as a Christmas gift! - received a few weeks before Christmas, we froze it and have been eating it since Christmas and it’s so delicious!

I ordered a s’mores cheesecake and a Carrot Cake. We thawed out the S’mores cheesecake for Thanksgiving and it was very stiff and tasted more like a cookie than a cheesecake. Even my teenage grandchildren said it wasn’t any good. Ended up throwing half of it away. I called customer service and they told me that it was a matter of taste and that’s all they could do.
Going to give the Carrot Cake a chance for Christmas and see how that is. Got to be better than the Cheesecake.
