Eli's Cheesecake Company

We love Eli’s Cheesecake in Chicago and have been coming every year ( at least 10 years as of now) to pick up cheesecakes for the holidays. We usually buy 20+ cheesecakes for our friends and neighbors, and the service is always wonderful. Rosa, the store manager, was always especially kind and helpful during our visits. So and Bryan and the rest of the team this past holiday were friendly and helpful too.
Highly recommend! We will be back soon!

I bought a cheesecake from Eli's cheesecake and very disappointed in the size being $90 giving as a Christmas gift. I actually was embarrassed when it was opened.
I will never order from here again.

Why was this place closed at 5 on Tuesday when the website says 6. Disappointment

Simply the best cheesecake in the Chicagoland area! Always delicious, always fresh upon thawing, always our family’s favorite. Chocolate chip is especially outstanding and we love the key lime too. A lotta love in those slices! Can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Ordered from your Website for delivery to Ohio. Unfortunately, shipment was sent 2nd day which means the order sat in a hot vehicle for 50 hours before delivery. Dry Ice had evaporated but Cheesecake was still somewhat frozen. Would recommend using overnight delivery for perishable items.

They had great service and awesome food. There was a great variety to choose from. I asked if they do banana cheesecake and he said no, but I recommend trying to make that as it could be a big hit.

Friendly service, excellent menu, great price. Shared 4 different slices and bought 2 full samplers to go. Mention it was your first time in for a discount.

Tried the banana dipper at Taste of Chicago and WOW!

We had a cheesecake shipped and it could not have been more perfect. It arrived frozen and pre-cut, which made it so easy to serve for a birthday party. Everyone loved it. I like to eat it when it's just a little bit away from frozen. I was also so excited to see the vegan options and can't wait to try more! Would make a perfect gift or tasty treat to keep in the freezer.

Just stopped at Eli’s cheesecake factory in Chicago. Pretty cool place! So much to pick from. lots of great deals on their cheesecakes. I did end up buying Eli’s original cheesecake from their frozen section. I went over to the café and I purchased a couple of their brownies and a couple of their chocolate chip cookies.
Was not a big fan of the chocolate chip cookie, it reminded me of a tall house cookie that went wrong. It was super thin, not my favorite. Now the brownie on the other hand was outstanding. You can sit in there have coffee and shop all at the same time. I don’t have to review the cheesecake, everyone knows Eli‘s cheesecake is one of the best!!
But let’s work on that chocolate chip cookie recipe! Come on you’re Eli’s we can do better! Now here’s the real question would I go back? I sure would.

Do not ship with FedEx. I ordered cheesecake online as I have for at least a decade. Eli's is excellent cheesecake with outstanding customer service. My only wish is they used a shipper other than FedEx. FedEx can't seem to deliver on time. I've received several spoiled cheesecakes due to FedEx's incompetence. Check Reddit. Many people won't buy anymore from companies who ship with FedEx because of the bad reputation and horrible experiences that have become the norm with FedEx in the U.S.

This place is a must-visit. Eli's Cheesecake Company in this location serves up one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had. I tried their classic original, and it was absolutely delicious.
The experience was made even better by the incredibly courteous staff, who let me sample some of their other flavors as well - and they were all fantastic. The cafe has good seating, making it a pleasant spot to enjoy your treat.
Just a heads-up: the cheesecakes are the real deal and need to be kept refrigerated, so plan accordingly if you want to take some home. They often have sales and offer smaller sizes, which makes everything a great value.
With excellent cheesecake, friendly service, and good prices, this place is a total winner.
