Always a great atmosphere, friendly, and customer service is always fantastic even during busy times. I have been in customer service for 20 years and they knock it out of the park every-time.

Food is a bit expensive but you can tell most of it is hand made and high quality, they don't seem to cut corners.

Employees seem to be friends, chatting while they work, which both feels cozy and a bit alienating as a customer. It's definitely a college student focused cafe. Lots of students working on laptops and meeting with friends.

Their bathroom has tampons and pads available, one of those small things that makes me feel cared...
