The peanut butter cookie was maybe the best I've ever had! And the staff were lovely. Fantastic neighborhood coffee shop!

This place is practically perfect. The staff are so nice, the food is delicious and the coffee is even better. I've been going here to do work for several weeks now and it doesn't get old. It just feels so cozy and I find that I can focus very easily. (they also have great reliable wifi)

Not my favorite coffee place tbh. Small and dingy. Serves coffee and tea coffee company as the drip brew (which I love coffee and tea).

I have been to a few coffee shops and this is the best I have attended in a while. The art work, music and ambience makes it the ideal spot to work, study or relax. The pesto mozzarella bagel sandwich was good but the iced cafe latte lacked any sugar. The disadvantages are that this place closes early and their kitchen closes much earlier. One day they were opened till 5 but closed the kitchen at 2 pm which doesn't make sense. This is not an example of good customer service and doesn't look good from a business standpoint.I would love to come here again to work if they could open late till 6 or 7 pm.

One of my favorite coffee shops in the city. Great drinks and food, amazing service, and such a wonderful and diverse crowd of people in here every day. Very much a “coffee house” vibe.

Do not come in 30 minutes before they close. They will be rude when you expect them to service during that time! Cashier was very polite in trying to give me options that they could make since they turn off espresso machines 30 mins before they close. Different staff member came in complaining that they weren’t serving anymore so it’s a gamble on whether they’ll serve you. If you’re not making food/coffee, why are you open? Drink was ok

Wonderful place imo. I live across the street and stop in often. Coffee is great, as are the bagel sandwiches and breakfast burritos. Two rooms for seating/reading/working on your laptop if you want. Every employee I’ve met there has been friendly and works hard. Thank you for having me, I’m really grateful you guys are in my neighborhood!!!! Much loveParking: No lot, meter street parking on Wilson directly out front (hit-or-miss, basically a ‘musical chairs’ scenario), Broadway & side streets nearby. Worst case, you’ll circle the area for 5 minutes and find a spot.

I love the atmosphere of Emerald City! My favorite things about this shop are the breakfast tacos, the house made lavender syrup, and the daily trivia! The staff is always awesome, whether it’s first thing in the morning or right before close. This place is a neighborhood staple if you’re in the area, and if you’re just passing through I highly recommend you stop in to pick up some nice treats. I have not had everything on the menu, but I’ve only ever had one drink that I didn’t like. Otherwise it’s consistently good, especially the salsa and (again) the house made lavender syrup!

Great strong cups of drip coffee at very competitive pricing esp if you can answer the trivia question and get 25c off.

Cool little ramshackle spot with decent coffee. Social conscience vibe. Lots of board games and dark corners.
