Fantastic restaurant week dinner experience - lamb lollipops with harissa sauce were delicious. Manager provided excellent customer service resolving a snafu that melted away into nothing. I will be back.

Several years ago I dined at the Emerald Loop a few times while rooming nearby. I loved the place then and told many folks about it. And everyone who visited had the same experience,-a nice place to have great food and drinks while chatting or watching a game. It has been a few years since I revisited and it is as I remembered it...great food and service that didn't empty your wallet. Last night I had their Fish and Chips and it was still as tasty as I had remembered. There is one menu item though I do miss which is no longer available-their Mac & Cheese w/Lobster...It was to die for ! If the Emerald Loop ever decides to add mac & Cheese with Lobster back on to the menu, I'm sure they won't be sorry. In the meantime, it's still an awesome place to dine!

Great food and server. My husband and I asked for a beer we were going to share and they put it in two glasses! Really appreciated that! We were not rushed and truly enjoyed our meal.

Lovely Irish pub run by an Irish manager & owner. Food was excellent and also the drinks. All the staff were very polite and professional. Highly recommend this pub if visiting Chicago.

A nice Irish bar to chill out. We stayed in Chicago for a few days to watch Ireland V New Zealand and really enjoyed this bar. A great evening spent here with friends on 2 occasions. Te owner did ask us why would we visit an Irish bar when on holidays, funny really. Though 2 friends had their jackets stolen on a busy day here so beware

We arrived to a very busy bar filled with Irish rugby fans but got a seat at the bar. Despite it being so busy Jasmine behind the bar was amazing. We never had to wait for a drink even though she was so busy. A great spot for food and drink and the staff were very friendly.

My group came into Emerald Loop the other night and although the staff was amazing and accommodating, the manager, Russell, was very rude. A couple of people in our group who interacted with him said he had a bad attitude and had zero sense of hospitality. If the owners of this establishment think that’s a qualified manager and allow him to treat guests that way, they will lose business quickly. You should reassess what qualifies as a cultural fit in your company because the disconnect between the wonderful staff and the bad manager was apparent.

Emerald Loop is great Irish Pub to watch a sporting event. My brothers and I met at the Emerald Loop to celebrate my brothers birthday and to watch the Bears game. The Guinness was poured correctly. The food was excellent pub food. We ordered hot wing's and pub Nocho's to start with. After the appetizers we ordered from the Octoberfest section and the pork schnitzel and brat were excellent. The service was great are waiter was always prompt and on top of his game.

The wife has been here before and has always enjoyed it; she brought me in for my first time. The place was hopping when we got here. We waited approximately 20 min before we got someone's attention to put in our order. We finally got our food at 58 min after we sat down. Now I get they were busy, I don't expect perfection especially when its hopping. That being said it still feels like we were dropped.

Normally include pictures but it took so long, we were hungry and dug in. I ordered a steak salad, medium. When the salad arrived the steak was well done. Everything else tasted great (wings and shepherds pie). The staff recognized we had been waiting a long time and the snafu with the salad; they did their best to remedy it and comped the salad altogether (greatly appreciated it). I could tell the staff genuinely regretted our experience.

The wife loves this place and I think it was just an off night, I would still give it a shot again.

Karina our waitress was great! Very nice and welcoming. On top of everything. Anything we needed she did not hesitate to help. The food and drinks were good as well. If you're in the area go see Karina at Emerald Loop Bar.

We ran the marathon and celebrated with Mac Piggy and grilled cheese and brisket. It was delicious! A reservation may be needed but the sweet waitresses out front let us sit down.
