I'm giving this place two stars. First off, it's a great place with a good atmosphere. They have drinks and you can play video games with your friends and play good music. I've been here four times now and was a supporter of this establishment. However, that was until last night: when I was approached on the street by a man in a mask and was being harassed. I told the man that my boyfriend was inside three times and he still continued to pursue. I will give full credit to the bouncers that were there and did step in to protect me. And for that I'm grateful. However, when I proceeded to go inside to find my boyfriend, they proceeded to tell us that we had to leave. That they would no longer serve us drinks. We did not cause a scene, and we left. It's just disappointing that they make a victim feel like this is their fault.. And yet I understand they are trying to protect their establishment and they don't want any shady things going on the outside. But to kick someone out after being harassed...idk. I unfortunately only give this place two stars. I will not be returning to this emporium.

Emporium Arcade Bar is a really cool spot with a great atmosphere. The arcade games make it fun and interactive, and they have an excellent beer selection with plenty of options to choose from. Perfect place to hang out with friends and enjoy a laid-back night out.

Unfortunately, I was overcharged compared to the original amount. I was not informed of any price change before my card was charged. Businesses should be upfront and honest about pricing. I would recommend double-checking your receipt before leaving.

Super fun and cheap! Don't buy drinks though, definitely watered down, but if you're not drinking or got drinks somewhere else, this is a nice casual spot with cool staff!

Went here on a Sunday night, not crowded at all. Super chill when it's not too packed, otherwise you should go to Emporium in Logan Square if you want a bigger location and a decent variety of games, drinks and events.

I arrived there around 9:30 pm to have drinks with friends. One of my friends was visiting for the holidays so it was great to catch up. We left at 1am only to realize our cars had been towed due to a new midnight parking restriction. This is not the fault of this establishment, however, as a courtesy to the customers it seems like making an announcement would be the right thing to do. A simple reminder to patrons would be a good way to show that you value them. I've been to plenty of bars on that street were they made announcements that the snow route enforcement was going into affect. So I know that this is well within a bar's capability. As it stands, it felt like the bar was more interested in getting another round of drinks out of us instead of appreciating us as customers.

For everyone coming here, parking on milwaukee:
YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED AT 12:00am
to the biggest cash grab in the city.

How does this apply to emporium?
Other bars on this strip make it a point to either announce it, prior to 12am, or the bouncers remind people on the way in.
The signs are stickered or graffitied over.. And since this no doubtedly affects whatever business Emporium can gather in 2025.. Looking out for your customers should be a consideration.

Emporium Arcade Bar is a really fun spot if you’re looking for a casual night out in Chicago. The arcade games are a perfect mix of retro classics and modern favorites, and there’s a great selection of beers and whiskeys to enjoy while you play. The atmosphere is lively and nostalgic, with a cool vintage tavern vibe. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Prices are reasonable, especially considering the entertainment you get. It’s a great place to hang out with friends, have a few drinks, and challenge each other to some games.

A lot of fun! No atm on site so bring cash for tokens. Great for a group or a date night. Nice bartenders and respectable bathrooms.
