Service was very kind and quick. Food was very fresh and tasted closer to authentic Italian cuisine. My favorite was the Dragona pizza and arancini! I would recommend this cute spot for a date night

We booked this 10 min before the reservation, and our host was graciously able to accommodate us in a regular menu instead of the tasting courses we had reserved. Pasta was exactly what you want from a home-y Italian spot — flavorful, generous on portions, and fresh ingredients. Absolutely would come again!

Well loved in the neighborhood for its summer outdoor patio, Enoteca Roma wisely routes winter diners through the bakery to keep the draft out of the dining room, providing a cozy atmosphere. The lasagna is a must, salads well-portioned, wine recommendations spot-on. Noise levels lend themselves to conversation, making this a perfect spot to catch up with friends over delicious comfort food.
I came here wanting the basics. You know like, mozzarella sticks, garlic bread, Alfredo, spaghetti & meat balls etc, etc. To my surprise they had none of that. However the kind waitress recommended other dishes and I was open to it. My son had the kids traditional spaghetti 🍝 (didn’t come with meatballs) and I tried the Penne arrabbiata (spicy marinara garlic mostaccioli with sausage chucks). It was really good. Honestly, if I would have checked out the menu before coming in, I probably wouldn’t have stopped here. But I’m glad I went in all gung-ho! It was a pleasant experience. The ambiance was peaceful, the waitress was super kind and the food was delicious.

Enoteca Roma is the best Italian restaurant in Chicago and (in my opinion) is the best RESTAURANT in Chicago. You cannot get high quality, large portioned, delicious, comforting food with an unbeatable, intimate atmosphere anywhere else in the city. Everything is hand made in house and there is not a bad item on the menu. Servers are passionate, attentive and ALWAYS kind. Enoteca Roma is a phenomenal, family run business that cares about quality, customers, and their employees. businesses like these are what make Chicago the beautiful, diverse, and vibrant city it is.
P.S. their patio in the spring/summer is BEAUTIFUL

Great neighborhood joint run by the family. The food is fresh and amazing and the service was amazing. We had a group of 6 and they served everything together. Our second time there and we'll be back.
