The service was amazing and the burgers are fire. The GM treats his staff well. I asked 3 employees how they felt about working here and they said the GM is awesome and it’s a chill atmosphere. This is a solid burger joint 💯.

the two times we’ve been to this place we had to wait long times in line. The first time they told us they will be working on online orders for the next 45 min to an hour before we can place our order. the second time they just ignored us while we stand in line until I asked them and they said the wait time is 30 minutes before we can place an order. they prioritize online orders and leave walk-in customers standing in line without even attending to them or taking their orders

We originally came in during a big rush, so decided to come back in about an hour when it wasn’t as busy. Von was very kind, helpful and the service and food were excellent!! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!

On a trip from michigan for a concert, trying to find food and kill time we found epic burger. and oh boy do they live up to the name! great fries, melt in your mouth burgers, the best strawberry milkshake i’ve ever had. and don’t get me started on how nice and friendly the staff is! everyone asked how we were doing we laughing and joking with us. wonderful vibes wonderful food, my only complaint is there’s not one near me to be able to support them all the time
