Female barista! He was so kind and had a pretty smile. I think he was the friendliest person in Chicago. The coffee tasted twice as good. Thank you. Thanks to you, my image of Chicago will remain as a good memory.

Excellent coffee in Chicago (the only one) comparable to an Italian coffee with cream.The lady at the counter is extremely kind and professional. P.s. Sorry, we didn't take the last coffee because we had to go to the airport earlier! Thank you one more time. Keep safe ?

Stopped by this branch recently and enjoyed a nicely prepared macchiato with a good blend of milk, bit of foam and strong espresso. It was a good morning pick-me-up drink. Baristas were very friendly and welcoming as well.

This Espressamente Illy coffee shop is located at the ground floor corner of the NBC Tower at Cityfront Plaza. Opening hours are 7am to 3pm daily (Mon - Fri), closed on weekends. They have a handful of seats inside and offer a typical coffee drink menu using Italian Illy brand along with a handful of food items. Stopped by this branch during a recent visit to Chicago and had a nice prepared macchiato with a good blend of milk, bit of foam and strong espresso. It was a good morning pick-me-up drink, one I'd be happy to return and order again. Baristas behind the counter were very friendly and welcoming as well.

I was confused between this nice illy coffee shop and their neighbor Cityfront café, which is in the same location but has a different entrance.I love the place ,nice and friendly staff, great coffee ☕️ ?
