Ethiopian Diamond Restaurant & Bar on N Broadway in Chicago is a wonderful spot for authentic Ethiopian cuisine. The restaurant has a casual, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The menu features a great variety of stews and traditional dishes, both meat and vegetarian, all served with fresh injera. Portions are generous, and the flavors are rich and satisfying. Going here was my first time trying Ethiopian food and I was blown away by how amazing it was. Everything we had was perfectly flavorful and delicious. The group I was with got a vegetarian sampler and we loved everything we got. Our server was also fantastic. Can't believe I've been missing out on this wonderful food up until now, will definitely come back here again!
