The service was attentive throughout the meal and each dish was impeccably plated—clearly a lot of care went into presentation.
However, many of the dishes fell flat in terms of taste and did not live up to the visual promise. That said, there were one or two standout courses that hinted at what the kitchen is capable of when everything clicks. I left wishing for more depth and memorability on the palate.

We had high hope for this place and it started out fine. However, everything fall apart in the two main courses. The pork cheek was so overwhelmingly salty, it ruined all the taste and memories from the previous dishes. And the Wagyu preparation was the worst in all the places we have had it. The evening starts with sweeter notes and to match it with wine pairing, they had to serve a Tokaji. And then again we were served a sweeter wine at the end with the desserts. This sweet, super salty and then sweet taste failed to set a theme for the courses. Beginning courses were beautifully plated. Overall, it did not reach the level of expectations. One a side note, the service was very good, however many times it felt robotic. Like in future, if you are served by robots, it will be like that. Two people will come, and synchronize to place and take you plates at the same time. The feel of awkwardness is there. The ambience was the best though.

The food itself is outstanding—beautifully executed and easily a 10/10. Unfortunately, the overall experience and value do not justify the price.
The wine pairing was disappointing, with selections that felt entry-level and not aligned with the premium cost. Service pacing was rushed, with little pause between courses, which took away from the enjoyment. The music was also too loud, making conversation difficult.
The restrooms were a surprise in a negative way—music with vulgar language was playing, and overall cleanliness did not meet expectations for fine dining.
We were offered a kitchen tour at the end, which was impressive and very clean, but it quickly became clear it was also a way to usher us out, with no opportunity to linger or properly close out the evening.
Exceptional food, but too many details missed for a restaurant at this level.

An absolute masterclass in dining. I was floored by the consistency here—it is rare to love every single course on a tasting menu, but every dish was flawless. You can tell that every tiny detail has been meticulously thought out. We also did the wine pairing and it was spectacular. Wagyu beef that tasted like butter. Wahoo fish that tasted like pork. A cocktail that tasted somewhat like smoked salmon (in the best way possible). A black garlic drink that puts Dr. Pepper to shame. Plating that would be considered art in galleries and museums. And an entire staff brigade who collectively behaved like our own personal Secret Service detail. The best dinner either of us have EVER experienced. Thank you a thousand times over EVER for making our official engagement celebration so very special. (We hope everyone who took part in serving us is able to enjoy a shot (or two) from the bottle of sake we brought with us for everyone to enjoy this New Year's. You all more than deserve it.) It was an okay experience- service was quite good and we enjoyed the presentation of food, as well as the vibe. I did enjoy the non alcohol pairing very much. However, the food did not really meet my expectation - especially the salmon dish. I probably won’t be back for the food.
