This was my very first fine dining experience and it will definitely be my second (and third, and fourth)! The food was amazing and beautiful, and the service was just IMPECCABLE. I felt like I was in another world for the two hour experience. It was also very comfortable and non pretentious which I really appreciated. Thank you to everyone who was part of my evening at Ever. Can’t wait to see you again soon!

On a family trip to Chicago, we decided to try one of the city’s many Michelin-starred restaurants, and after doing a lot of research, we landed on Ever. I almost feel guilty for disagreeing with so many glowing reviews, but I just couldn’t see what others seem to love about it. Coming in around $1,800 for four people, the experience felt very underwhelming.
The service was good, and the staff were friendly, but nothing stood out compared to other fine dining restaurants. The atmosphere was minimalist and subdued, but again, nothing particularly memorable.
As for the food, not a single course is something I’d choose to eat again. While beautifully plated, the flavors consistently fell flat. I kept waiting for that one dish to finally impress me, but it never came.
Overall, it felt less about truly enjoying great food and more about creating an environment where people could feel posh and important.

The taste was unique… delicious. The presentation of the dishes was phenomenal. Our favorites were the tomato with yuzu, caviar, salmon and Miyazaki Wagyu. We loved the banana mango dessert … it had chai essence in the bubbles. The staff was outstanding… very attentive.

Wow. Ate here last night with my girlfriend. Truly amazing experience. One of the best dinners of my life. The food, the service, the ambience. Everything was spectacular.
Absolutely an incredible experience from the moment you walk through the door. Top notch service, care, attention to detail, and amazing drinks and dishes expertly crafted and perfectly paired. Each course had the table in awe at the taste profile. Pricey obviously but worth it. Its clear why Ever is a Michelin star restaurant.This is more of an event and experience than it is simply going out to dinner. To sum it up - AMAZING.
