I tried to order some really yummy looking grits thru GrubHub. I ordered after the kitchen closed 😭. I also ordered a hot tea. instead of cancelling the entire order, they refunded the food and sent a consolation cookie 🍪 not what I expected but super kind. thanks cute caring 😎

I've only been in this neighborhood for a week and I've already come here twice for breakfast sandwiches and coffee. I think that should tell you how good this place is. The prices are reasonable and the vibes are cozy. I can't ask for more :)

I don't really know what to say but I'm hoping this was a one time occurrence. We've been coming to everybody's coffee for a few years now. Never been a huge fan of their coffee, but I think that's just a personal preference. However, their breakfast sandwiches are always a favorite! The biscuits, the fluffy eggs, thick bacon, and fresh avocado! Today was honestly disgusting. My partner picked us up the California sandwich and the biscuits were dried and overly buttered, the eggs were sliced hard boiled(?) the cheese felt like it was melted yesterday it was so stiff. I couldn't even finish it, it made my stomach churn. We always brag to our out of town friends and take them to visit because we love their breakfast sandwiches so much, so hoping this was a very strange one off thing.

This place has the best mochas! 👌 I usually only drink soy milk, (they don't have) so I tried their oat milk mocha. It was amazing I took a couple sips home to my girlfriend and they thought the same.
The art and space are nice as well!

Was pleasantly surprised. The biscuit breakfast sandwich is way more filling than I thought it would be, worth the price. Turkey sausage is definitely on the sweet side.
The miel maya is EVERYTHING. Will definitely be coming back for another.

Amazing breakfast options (the grits and breakfast sandwiches are my favorite), and the side salad that comes with the meals is wayyyyy too good.
Parking: There is street parking out front that you can usually nab in the mornings for a pickup order.
