One guest attended a private party with passed appetizers, signature drinks, family-style meals, and dessert with champagne, all of which were highly recommended.

However, some visitors have had less satisfying experiences. One guest came specifically for the $10 Cheeseburger Day promotion but found the burger lacking in flavor and presentation. The patty was thin, bland, and lacked proper toppings like onions or pickles, with wilted lettuce and tomato sitting under the burger. The bun was soggy, and the meat seemed mass-produced with no sear. The shoestring fries were seasoned but soggy and lukewarm, with a flavorless ketchup. Service was decent, but automatic tip, service, and surcharge fees were added to the bill. The dim lighting made it uncomfortable to take photos, and the limited beer selection was out of stock for one of the options. Despite the decor and ambiance being enjoyable, the overall experience was disappointing for some.

On another visit, a guest found that only the front bar was open on a Saturday night, with two drinks costing $52 due to an 18% service charge, making it seem not worth the price given the limited access. Nonetheless, the restaurant's ambiance and daytime atmosphere, especially during brunch, are considered better, and it remains a popular spot for various dining occasions.
