I had an AMAZING experience. I was a tad nervous as I planned this dinner for 10 women for a bachelorette trip dinner. The staff absolutely went above and beyond for us and all the other brides in the restaurant (there were 4 other bridal parties). My server was Kayla - she is a huge reason I am giving this a 10/10. The entire staff was a standout but Kayla truly treated us as her only table, was kind, and had a captive attitude. The staff cared that we had a good time and it showed. M behind the bar gave us a wonder toasting experience and City was a great assist. FOOD: great! We did cavier tasting for the entire table. A great experience for those who had never tried. The mash potatoes was a favorite amongst the group along with the mussels. Drinks were strong but definitely crafted. We ended the night by loving over to expat where Abe, Russell, and Walter continued to give us amazing service. I can not say enough about my experience. My Bride and party were soo impressed, as the Maid of Honor and planner, this truly made my night. Thank you team!
Sub par experience, menu was limited. After we decided on what we wanted, we were told several things were no longer available. One of the items we all wanted so that was a bad start.
We chose this place because Open Table showed it as a $$ rating, meaning $30 and under. Well, shame on me for not looking at the menu first. The only entree under $30 is a hamburger. Enjoyed the experience overall. The bait and switch on prices means I will not be back.
We had the absolute best dining experience at Coquette! Our fantastic waiter Pat suggested some melt in your mouth delicious courses. We started with Salade Lyonnaise, and for our main we had the Confit De Canard which just fell off the bone it was cooked to perfection and a side of the Pomme Purée, which hands down are the best potatoes I've ever experienced. They even brought us Champagne & dessert to help us celebrate the special occasion. We even got an incredible invitation to have a glass behind the bar with their talented bartender Daniel. Erwin the chef, took incredible care of us the whole night, and truly went above & beyond. It was truly a memorable experience we won't forget. Will absolutely be coming back and would highly recommend Coquette to anyone!
An upscale menu with great execution. We started with the butternut squash galette - superb combination of flaky crust, sweet chili drizzle, and roasted butternut squash. For main dishes I had the faux filet coupled with creamy potato puree (ie mashed potatoes). I've never had creamier potatoes. My husband had the salmon filet which was perfectly cooked. We would definitely visit again.
Sadly, we had a pretty horrible experience. Seated an hour after our reservation, had to touch base with the host multiple times and the answer was “5 more min”. No check in from anyone. Overall the service was worst I've had in a very long time. Apps were find, mains were terrible. Everything was really dry, steak was gray. Very sad as we were celebrating my mother's 70th birthday and it ended up being the opposite of what we hoped.
VDay 6-course menu was one of the best meals I've ever eaten in my life. I loved it so much I told them they should raise the price by a lot.
One of the best dinning experiences I've had! The food was delicious, the restaurant was absolutely stunning and the highlight of our night was our amazing server Pat! He was so attentive, kind and even took us on a lil tour of the other restaurants that share the space with them. Such a wonderful experience!
Overall I had high hopes for the restaurant but was unimpressed w the experience. Loved the decor and aesthetic details of the space. However the service was awkward and timing was not great for our meal. I had ordered soup for a starter and instead of bringing it out first, it was brought out w ny friend's main which meant I was eating my main alone. The delivery of the food, drinks was not smooth. Placement of plates required myself and my friend to readjust as they placed everything in odd places on the table. My drink was removed before it was finished and all the cadence of the meal was off. The food itself was average but my soup had a large amiunt of oil in it and felt like I was eating an oil slick. Overall I think there's a lot of improving to do here.
A restaurant week experience. Impressed with complimentary bread service with a luscious spread. All 3 courses were quite well executed. The staff is most attentive and friendly. The space is very colorful and vibrant. Diverse crowd-older and younger.
Restaurantji Recommends
The mushrooms were excellent. Not every item listed on the restaurant week menu (dessert) was available which was disappointing. I think some dishes were more successful than other but overall, the food was tasty.
Service was fantastic and took care of any request that we had. However, the restaurant week food was a complete letdown, one of those meals where 30 mins later you can still taste the salt. Every meal was pre-made then heated up and salt was the main taste. Unfortunately, both of us had unsettled stomachs afterwards. The service and ambiance made for a great experience, but the food was nowhere near the quality of a $60 price tag
The service was really good. All waiters and staff were very kind and inviting. The food was also good and decently priced. Drinks were also good. Definitely recommend.
We went for restaurant week and the food was such a let down; extremely bland. The dessert was good. But my friends didn't finish their meals and one friend couldn't even finish her appetizer. Would not recommend.
Excellent food and service. Had dinner during restaurant week. Vol au vent and creme brulee is a must try.
