Fantastic specialized summer drinks. Short wait, fair prices. Indoor outdoor seating. Highly recommend
Spending $5 on an iced tea and getting rude customer service is kind of insane. I used to be a barista and I never judged or looked at people with so much hate. I work with kids around the corner and am sad to see such rudeness.

Excellent local coffee options with cold brew on tap and pour overs in light, medium, and dark roasts. Plenty of bagged bean options to take home. Fast to-go sandwich options and a variety of kombuchas and canned beverages.
The coffee aroma will entice you in from the street, that’s why I stumbled into this coffee shop! The fast, friendly service, alongside the ambience of the store and adjacent lobby make this a fantastic spot to stop while out and around downtown.
Highly recommend Whirlwind for a pour over or any cold brew for lower acidity.

The interaction with the barista was bizarre. I asked for an espresso for here and he rudely claimed it was “too busy” and it’s only possible to go. The whole time we were in the cafe he had a total of one more customer making this even more strange

Good coffee and good food right next to millennium park!! They allowed me to fill out my water bottle!! Thanks again!!
Blueberry lemon scone was delicious and the iced honey lavender latte was the best coffee drink I’ve had since we arrived in Chicago last week! Friendly customer service too.

Delicious coffee at a great price. Can’t beat the location, right on Michigan ave + the building is absolutely stunning! We’ve had their coffee and croissants for breakfast the last two days on our trip. The baristas are friendly and service is quick. A great place to grab a quick bite or refreshment before heading across the street to millennium park or on the way to the art museum.

Flavorful lavender oat latte, not too sweet, just right! The baristas were very friendly and helpful. There’s a delightful outdoor patio right on Michigan avenue which makes for good people watching and hanging out with friends. They have a nice selection of croissants, bakery treats and coffee bar.

Coffee pretty standard, good. Sausage egg and cheese sandwich was ridiculously overpriced, pretty sure it was fake carton egg. Bold move to sell that for $11.

Awesome coffee shop at the Hyatt Hotel across from the Bean. Went inside to warm up. Stayed and enjoyed the flavorful Chai Latte.
