Either hire more people or train your staff better. 20 mins wait for a breakfast sandwich and there is not even a single line in an empty cafe is unacceptable.

terrible management, no orientation or flow. poor baristas doing one million things at the same time. who is running this company? bunch of incompetent people.

Can't even get one of the employees to the counter it's like pulling teeth just to order. Bailed before I even purchased my single canned drink. Employees made eye contact but scurried away. ? Very weird

Expensive, but what isn't expensive these days. The service and atmosphere are excellent. I look forward to going back there for a quality cup of tea and good conversations with friends.

This is my first time ordering, and never again. I ordered for pickup this morning, and ordered a sweet potato bowl, they missed half my ingredients. There's no Parmesan cheese there's no fajita peppers, avocado or kale. How do you miss all the ingredients to someone's dish? And only leave the base? The base is undercooked, it's undercooked quinoa Sweet potato + rice, the only thing cooked properly is the spinach that I didn't ask for in the dish. There's no avocado in the breakfast burrito that was also ordered, or cheese. We paid extra for all of it and got none of it. The coffee is, good at best. Never again. The worst part is the place wasn't even busy when I picked up, a total of three people and yet the order was still completely screwed up.

The cashier women 5’5 with a head wrap on, was so rude I gave her my order and she said next, as if I wasn’t standing in front of her. Disgusting behavior.

This Muslim lady was my cashier and she tried to flirt with me and made me so uncomfortable, I didn’t even want my food
