I went for a pick up at one of my childhood favorite pizza places, was treated very poorly by the carry out staff which they didn’t acknowledge my presence upon entering the establishment. The young lady didn’t greet me nor advised me to wait which I would’ve been more than happy to wait, it’s a poor and sad experience for customers to experience especially from a long term customer

Horrible mistake to come and dine here with my wife and 11 yr old son. Tap water, so don't order it 🤢 Calamari under cooked, rubbery, and burnt, not sure how they did that, and they still charged me cuz we ate three pieces. 👎🏼 Asked for pan pizza , received a stuff crust pizza. On top of that they poured a pound of oregano seasoning all over our pizza. Tasted like spiced grass! It's one hour and I still tastes it👎🏼🤢. Highly not recommend anybody to come and dine here. Oh bring sanitizer if you do, bathrooms smells like a bum on the CTA redline.

Can't say much about falco's. The crust had a good butter flavor and was crunchy; they were generous with the toppings. The toppings overpowered the rest of the pizza flavors. I also got a cup of minestrone soup and a cannoli. The soup was awful, and the cannoli was soggy and squishy. I will never eat here again.

I ordered an XL sausage specialty pizza with double dough, extra cheese and jalaapenos and it is the best pizza I have ever had!!! It is cooked to perfection, carmelized and square cut!!! Thank you FALCOS PIZZA CHICAGO!!!
Falco’s pizza is pizza for the soul❤️ I can eat it seven days a week much better than Home Run Inn or Giordanos. But tied with Beggar’s. I’m still researching.

This is a really good place for pizza, but their customers service is horrible, I've been coming here for quite some time more like 15 years, and it honestly gets worse, I might just consider another place, it took someone to take my order more than 10 minutes, some white lady came from the back multiple times and never asked if I was helped, until another Hispanic lady came out and helped me with my over 100$ order.

I Placed the order on December 13th 2025 at 3:59 PM an hour later. I called to check out my order. And I was told that someone called the driver and canceled my order, they said that maybe someone pranked me and called in. They also said that someone could've had a family emergency and called in on my behalf, I reassured them that I did not call in to cancel my order, because I am the one. That has the cell phone Then I am the one that plays order, but the general manager for that day, which was PPM was insisting that I was the 1 that canceled the order I have been shopping with Falco's for 20 years. I will not any further I had to call the other location to get assistance. And they were great.I wanna let the world know.Do not support this Pizza.They failed me Falco's.You have failed me after 20 years.Because your management couldn't take accountability and remedy the situation.Instead, they kept assisting that I was a liar and I canceled the order.I will not support your business anymore after twenty years
