Usually everything is great this time 1/4 of the pizza was looking like no topping no cheese ,all bread! . I tried to upload a picture but unable to. Instead we sent it to the driver They always promise my husband a credit for silly mishaps . We don’t like to complain because we are human but it never happens . 😐 better luck next time we hope .

After a full year of not ordering from falcos due to bad customer service and bad tasting pizza I decided to come back today again and give them another chance. I ordered a slice of sausage and cheese was falling off and the sausage wasn’t well cooked, seems to me that the owner doesn’t fully value its restaurant. Falcos used to be real good but from now on I will be ordering from Piezanos Pizza instead on 47th and Rockwell.

This place seemingly can't stop burning a pizza to save their life.
Every time I go here the pizza's burnt I asked for the pizza to be light and they burn it
pepperoni is burnt and the sauce has a strong bitter taste to it and has a paste-like consistency
Definitely used to be one of the greats but has fallen so low.
(with prices that still reflects as if they are the best.)

Leia was very unprofessional in person and rudely answered the phone. I called at 7:00pm to pick up and waited there for over 30 minutes for a pizza slice and fries. Leia gave others that placed their larger orders at the counter first before my order that I called ahead of time for

I spent over \$100 on an order that came with a baked-in HAIR on the mushroom—yes, *baked in*, like some disgusting, uncooked science experiment. When I called to complain, the so-called “manager” had the *audacity* to hang up on me. Not once, but multiple times. Imagine being treated like a nuisance instead of a paying customer.
And their response? A pathetic \$15 credit. Fifteen dollars. On a hundred-dollar order. As if that’s some kind of justice or apology. And then they tried to gaslight me, claiming the hair was “from the mushroom itself.” WHAT?! If your mushrooms are hairy, then your kitchen is a biohazard zone, and your food is unsanitary garbage. Mushrooms don’t come with hair—processed or not—that’s a clear sign of neglect and poor hygiene.
This isn’t just bad service; this is a health risk served on a plate with a side of arrogance. If you think you can get away with serving food that looks like it came from a horror movie and then insult me with silence and hang-ups, think again.
**Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away. Clean your kitchen, train your staff, and learn how to treat customers like human beings—or don’t expect me to ever trust you again.**

The sausage pizza made my brother and I sick. I don’t know if the adolescences working there know about food safety management. However; lots of laughter coming from the kitchen, if you’re into that 👎
