Ordered a "stuffed pizza" for delivery. Immediately received a call from a female making sure i wanted deep dish and not a regular pizza, continued to argue that deep dish and stuffed pizza are the same. Received the pizza and it was a dep dish, not the stuffed pizza that I ordered. I don't understand how a pizzeria that has been around for over a decade doesn't know the difference between pizzas. Don't recommend unless you're a highschooler that is hungry.

I haven’t had a Falco’s pizza in a while so I decided to pick one up. I don’t live close to one but I was in Chicago the one on 40th Street. I ordered a large pizza half cheese and half onion green peppers and pineapple. So when I got home I started eating and to find out my pizza was raw inside. I considered Falco’s to be the best pizza. But this one was the worst I ever had. I called them to complain and they told me to send a picture of the pizza but I never got a response .

Our waiter could’ve been more attentive. She rarely checked up on us. When she did we asked for refills and she forgot to bring them. We just finished and left. She did apologize though.
Pizza, however, was delicious. Very good thin crust. Highly Recommended. Hopefully the service we received was just a hiccup. Still left her well over 18% gratuity.
