I go here for lunch frequently. Food is always great and service is very friendly. Jay is usually there when I stop by for lunch - her service is fantastic and she does a great job of explaining menu changes and describing new offerings

This location is the Best! The food is always amazing! Jade is always a joy to see. I go so much she knows my order when she see me walking up. The whole crew look like they enjoy working with one another. They all have wonderful customer service! The Smoky chicken bowl will never disappoint! The turkey meatballs are sooo good! Fresh ingredients made daily! I love it! Don't forget to download the app!
This is my favorite lunch place downtown. The salmon bowl is fantastic.

Team was super nice, and line was not long at all. 5/5
When you call it’s just an answering machine ? There’s no way to reach an actual employee or to speak with the staff . Bad system
Team yells at you for occupying space meant for eating. They stack up their online orders in an eating area and get upset at patrons for...... Taking up space.
Healthy food and Jay is extremely friendly!!!
I typically have a standard-good experience with the location on Van Buren. Today I walked up and the associate was sweeping. She looked at me and kept sweeping. I was the only customer at the time. After about a min she stopped sweeping, picked up a bowl, and asked what I wanted. I asked her to wash her hands. She did wash her hands and put on gloves, but I shouldn’t HAVE TO ask her to do so.
I’m glad she did wash her hands and put on gloves, but this should be an automatic response as a food handler.
Got the turkey meatball bowl. The Lemony Arugula” was gritty like it had not been properly rinsed and one of the meatballs was pink inside. Unfortunately did not notice until after I had eaten half of it. Maybe the other bowls are better.

Absolutely awful. Had smoky chicken bowl which consisted of cold chicken and tasteless veggies. Sure, I went close to closing, but this was unacceptable. Threw the bowl away after a few bites yet still made me feel sick minutes afterwards. Have a food allergy and could tell the bowl was cross contaminated with an allergen despite employees saying otherwise. Employees kindly refunded me for my order which I did appreciate. Very unpleasant experience. Avoid at all costs.
Revised on 7/31/24: The owner expressed genuine concern in addressing my experience and was cordial in our correspondence. An additional star has been added.
Dietary restrictions: Not allergen friendly

I really hope to see more of these pop up around town! My husband and I both agree on this place, the food is very healthy without compromising on taste. We've been ordering a turkey meatball build your own bowl from Uber eats, but I also really enjoyed the overnight oats and breakfast bowl with eggs and micro greens.
amazing food and service!
