My girlfriend maggie and I stooped by this “farm bar” after a days worth of drinking on St. Patricks Day. Not expecting much, we ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich. Maggie is gluten free so they accommodated her with a gluten free bun and no trace of that evil gluten anywhere. All it took was one bite from the gluten free burger for her eyes to light up like the night sky. “Best gluten free anything” - she said. This place was delicious and their service went beyond any expectations. Would absolutely recommend this little hole in the wall!

Oh my gosh! The staff and service are remarkable! Seriously! Just warm and welcoming! Our reservation didn’t go through, but the staff (4 people with a packed restaurant) metaphorically leaped into action and made space for us. Very sincere, apologetic, checked in on us until we were seated in :15.
Our waitperson Aidan was so friendly and professional. We had the salmon salad and the salmon entree - and we literally inhaled the food - so fresh, tasty, all the right ingredients.
I’ve made reservations for a return next week!

Great place for dog owners to hang for awhile. Sadly the staff is inattentive and unaware of their own tables. Made eye contact multiple times with the server, empty drinks sat on the edge of the table for 20 mins. Nobody came by to do a check up on us or see if the food was OK... They move SLOW here. If your kid spills their full soda, they also disgruntledly refill it and throw the drink at you.

We just happened to stop by this restaurant because it was a few doors down from my daughter’s apartment, who just moved to Chicago. Hey. Just a few appetizers and some drinks. But. After looking at the menu, suddenly we all grew an appetite. We couldn’t help but try some of the entrees. Glad we did. The salmon and chicken dishes were superb. The cheese curds excellent. We are still thinking about them. They were that good. And the service was warm and welcoming. Like we were family. Thanks to Autumn and Will for making us feel at home. .
Stopped in for lunch . Great vibe and that farm burger is out of this world. Pricey but worth it .

We went with a group. Food was okay, but it is not friendly for persons with physical disabilities (wheelchair) or sensory issues. Disappointed in lack of ADA education to staff in such a metro area.

Made a reservation for 5 people @12:30pm. Temperature outside was about 40 degrees. We arrived about 10 minutes early for the reservation and they didn't have the table ready which fine. We ended up having to wait outside until 12:50pm for our 12:30pm reservation. The only reason we got seated at 12:50pm is because I had to complain about the wait. Worst part about it is they seated us outside with some heaters and poor insulation. So, our top halves were hot and our legs/toes were freezing. Overall terrible experience. Servers were nice and food was good but couldn't even appreciate that after the wait and being cold.

Farm Bar is a very cozy neighborhood restaurant. My mom is handicapped and needed assistance getting up the couple stairs at the entrance. All of the staff were willing to help her in. The food was delicious. It was served quickly and hot. I would highly recommend making reservations as the venue is quite small and quickly fills up.

So glad to have stumbled upon Farm Bar before attending a Musical just around the corner. The honey glazed pork chop was delicious. Wonderful atmosphere and delicious food. Warm and inviting place. The perfect neighborhood restaurant with an high end feel.

Lovely charming cozy environment (interior, restroom & table). Late morning meal included plethora of menu choices (Many varying fresh foods & breads). Server Amanda Very kind & patient, answered My questions while providing prompt & comfortable service — Really appreciate THAT! NICE: Staff flawlessly refreshed my coffee & removed dishes. I'll be back, perhaps, out front?! GREAT OPTION: ONE block from St Alphonsus church AND ATHENEUM Theater!!!
Farm Bar never disappoints!! Great service from Amanda so patient offered excellent recommendations. Ordered cheese curds crisp and delicious. Our brunch entrees came next. Piping hot delicious and very fresh. BLT was soo good. Can’t wait to come back.

Our food and drinks were good. The place was VERY crowded and noisy, but it was Valentine's Day. Our main complaint was that they brought our entrees just a few minutes after the first course and just piled everything up on the table. Better timing on the service would have been nice.
I’m not sure how this has such a high avg rating. The food was really average and poorly executed for the price point. Service was wonderful though.
