People are polite but!!!!! I had appointment at 14:00 arrived at 12:55 pm.
Person who responsible for shipping was somewhere! He came around 15:00 and loading took 25 min. It’s just not organized worker who responsible for shipping
Appointment 8pm checking on time with a rude short lady . I saw one truck in door and she told me are two trucks ahead of you . I asked her where is the other one and she refuse to answer. 11pm now i saw she speaking with a boxtruck driver just arrived.
There’s a few options, which is better than the rest of the airport can claim
No plan no load ready only scheduled for pick up and ask to stay for next 6-8 hours without any restroom or lounge.. worse than a chicken company’s management also …
This is best shipping company in Chicago, very nice guys, no wasting time, very professional, 🙏 thank you
Great place to load in n out 45min. Pre cool your trailer. Parking can be tight if trucks are in the way. Only negative is no restrooms.
Vegan options available at the airport. Location was cool. Something on the go.
The entrance is from Archer Ave go All the way to the back
Fired me for work performance they make up lies to fire someone from temp agency if they don’t like you I did everything I was told to do and correctly work 3 days and ended my assignment.
This is a good option in a pinch, especially since Terminal B at MDW is a food desert for vegans. The ingredients are all natural and wholesome and listed on the package. I've had the chickpea wrap before it's fine. This time I had the Thai noodle bowl, which was solid and easy to eat on the a plane.

From security the common area with shops and seating will be before the B gates, if you're coming from a gate go beyond B gates to the open area with seating. That's where this kiosk is.
I arrived several hours prior to my appointment and NO ONE WAS IN DOCK DOORS BEING LOADED OR UNLOADED. I left and came back because the office person said staging would be at 4pm. I returned at 6pm and was told it would be about 45 minutes before they would check the reefer temp. It is now 7:24pm and no one still hasn't arrived yo check reefer temp. Again, no one is in the dock doors and still waiting. It is now 7:44pm and the office came out to check my reefer temp and said it will be 5 to 10 minutes to load.. What!!!! We wait all this time for 5 to 10 minutes to load, approximately 7,000 lbs..No excuse for such laziness. Truckers are driving while they sit at home and to be lazy on the job is sad.

Showed up early for our loading appointment and they got us right in the dock and loaded very fast. Very friendly and professional staff all the way around.
Don’t follow gps. Quick loading. Nice people. Thanks Maurice!
Seemingly good work environment. NOT A RESTAURANT!
Kid-friendliness: Not a place to eat. But the food they ship out is good for all people.
