What else can one say? This is a south side legend. The best hot dogs on earth . The service when the old man was alive especially was just amazing. I wish he would have opened a place in the SW burbs that would be a huge hit . One can dream I guess.
*cash only* Phenomenal dog. I’m on the hunt to find my favorite Chicago dog, and while we’re only about 5 restaurants deep into our list so far, this is at the top of my list so far. The location itself is small, with minimal parking options, but worth the effort. The staff were nice and quick with the order. This is a garden dog, cucumber instead of pickle. Quintessential Chicago hot dog place. The lemonade is super refreshing, and the hot dog was exactly like a Chicago dog should be. Great, customer service will definitely be back again. Highly recommend.
